𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐲𝐮𝐮 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐬 ♡

23. Tsukishima - sick ♡

Opening the door to your bathroom you splashed some cold water in your face trying to cool off, you had been sick for the past two days and it was hard doing your daily routine

your head would spin and hurt that it was impossible to stand up for just one minute, your parents weren't home either so you basically had to struggle to try and get things done

you struggled making your self breakfast, toasted bread with your favorite homemade omelette recipe that always used your mother

but finally ate something healthy and went back to your room and started watching (favorite show/anime) to try and relax under your fluffy covers

your eyes were about to drop close by the laziness when you heard a fairly loud knock at the front door of the apartment, letting out a big sigh you stood up and walked to the door looking like a zombie

you actually had no idea who it was since your parents come home late at night and you had only told one of your best friend that you were sick because if your boyfriend knew he would over react and be a little too extra in the situation

you thought maybe your friend sent a food delivery to your apartment since it's a common thing whenever i was sick and could do literally nothing to cook she always had your back and sent a delivery to your apartment

brushing the thoughts of who it could be at the door you opened it without thinking twice about it and you were soon met with a blonde towering over your head with an angry expression written all across, your boyfriend tsukishima, his face glaring right down at you

you stared back at him with an uneasy expression

'oh crap' now he knew, you mentally face palmed yourself

"why didn't you tell me" tsukishima said in a low tone, making you shiver a little

he is quite scary when he is mad

"h-hey tsukki" you tried acting like you weren't sick at all, but for tsukishima is was too obvious, your red cheeks and stuffed nose which made your voice sound all different when you talked and the fact that you were shivering and sweating at the same time

he broke the gaze and let out a sigh

"come on let's get you comfortable" he replied walking in the apartment and grabbing you lifting you up bridal side

you were surprised at the action but tsukishima kept his straight face and walked to your room and laid you on the bed pulling the covers over your body

"i'll be back" he said and not long after he came back with a towel and cold water

he proceeded to wet the towel and gently placing it on your forehead

"so why didn't you tell me?" he asked again in his serious tone

"i just didn't want to make you worried" you replied in a soft tone with your eye lids half open

"tsk. well your parents are always busy and you know that i would always make time for you" he sighed with a small tint of blush appearing as he let out those words

'cute' you thought seeing how much he really cared for you and your health to be okay

"i'll take note of that then tsukki" you smiled softly at him

"get some rest now, i'll be staying here for the rest of the day" he patted your head

and before you knew it you were knocked out in a deep sleep

after a couple hours you were woken up by the sound of shuffling around your room, at this you slowly batted your eyes open and being met by tsukishima walking in your room with two mugs

he noticed you had finally woken up

"ah just in time for a relaxing tea" he set down your mug on your bed side table

tskushima quickly helped you get the towel off your forehead and placing it back in the bowl

tsukishima turned on your tv and resumed the show you were watching, slowly making his way next to you on the bed and sitting comfortably with his legs crossed

you now stood up sitting and magically felt better than before, you grabbed the mug of tea that your boyfriend had made for you and slowly sipped trying not to get your tongue burned

you were really enjoying this moment, you never really did this with tsukishima, but he is such a caring guy deep on the inside, you looked at his face which was plastered on the screen, you smiled and turned your vision back to focus on the show and continue sipping on your tea

that's when tsukishima brought you closer to him, your head was resting on his chest, you blushed faced him once again

both of your faces were not too far apart, he slowly leaned in a kissed you in the most gentle way possible, once you pulled away you were met with his brown eyes

"tsukki! don't do that, you'll get sick too!" you realized what had happened widening your eyes

"i don't care, if it you'll get better than i can take it all" he replied pulling you back into your cuddling position

♡ - ok this one was very uwu to all my tsukishima lovers out there, but eyyy how are you all enoying season 4 of haikyuu so far ? cuz i for sure am :)
