The day started off as any other. (y/n) was looking forward to her first day coaching at a new company. It was a fashion and sportswear company so it was very prestigious, and, most of all, the security was extremely thorough. She'd been sent an entry card in the mail so that she would be able to get into the building, and she had to cover her phone camera with a little sticker so that what was seen in the company wouldn't be divulgated outside it.
For the sake of not wanting competitors to catch a glimpse of their new designs.

(y/n) is a management coach, she gets paid by companies to teach uncooperative employees how a business truly runs. It was her calling; to help bring people together so that an entire system could function perfectly.

As she drove to the company her favorite songs were blasting through the speakers, hyping her up for the day. She always felt like a bad ass bitch when she walked into company buildings, especially in her classy business woman outfits. Her life was going great, except for the love front. She was always so busy that she found it hard to see someone, but it didn't affect her emotionally, it affected her sexually. But she told herself that she didn't need a man and that masturbation would do.

She took a deep breath as she slid her card into the card reader, as the doors opened she lifted her head and steadily walked to the conference room.

Y/N: Delegation is letting your subordinate employees work without breathing down their necks. This gives them the opportunity to do their job without feeling pressured or suppressed by their boss, making them feel healthier and happier, therefore increasing their work capacities.
MAN: But I'm the manager, I'm the one who has to make decisions.
Y/N: Yes, but if you decide how your employees need to work then they might be less inclined to work at all, their workload would get heavier and heavier and at some point they'll get overworked.
MAN: I'll just fire them then.
Y/N: And then you'll be left with no employees at all.
MAN: But I'm supposed to make decisions, so I make decisions, that's it.
Y/N: Oh really? And how's that working out for ya? There's a reason why you're down there and I'm up here, and there's a reason why it's you listening to me, bigshot, did you ever think of that?
MAN: I'm only here because my boss forced me to be here.
Y/N: Yeah, and why do you think he did that? How old are you?
MAN: 37.
Y/N: Right, you wanna know how old I am? I'm 31. And I'm teaching you how to be a good manager. Think about that for a second, huh? That means you still have a lot to learn. So clean out your ears and start listening when I teach, or you'll be out of this company in no time.
That being said, it's lunch time, so I'll see you at four.

Everyone in the conference room started picking up their things and leaving the room. The man who was criticizing her left with his head held low and (y/n) smiled to herself for putting him in line.

TENDOU: That was a great scolding you gave that guy, wasn't it?

She looked up as she packed her projector into her bag and saw a redheaded male in a suit leaning against the door.

Y/N: He deserved it.

She giggled.

Y/N: Everyone wants to be rich and powerful but they never stop to think that they can't do it alone, not in business.
TENDOU: Wise words from a wise woman. Aren't you going out for lunch?
Y/N: Oh, no, I brought my own, I'm just going to eat it here and wait until they come back.
TENDOU: The entire building, literally, is leaving for lunch and you just "brought your own?"
Y/N: I don't like spending money unnecessarily.
TENDOU: Well then, I'll stay here with you just to make sure you don't steal anything...
Y/N: Really?

She said sarcastically.

TENDOU: Really!

He chimed as he pulled a chair to the other side of her desk, sitting on it the wrong way around.
