Mikos slept silently beside me as I ran my fingers through his hair. The boys had slept in my room and now it was morning. Eli is such a good baby, he had only a few fussies last night and know was wide awake in my arms giggling at the strange faces I made at him.
"Mikos, baby time to wake up." I rubbed his back as he groaned.
"But Zoraaaa, I wanna sleep." He whined as he twisted around.
"If you get up now I'll make you Dino shaped pancakes." That definitely woke him up. Mikos shot up.
"I'm up!" He announced hugging me tight.
"Be careful, you might squish your brother." I laughed at him but quickly noticed a change in his expression.
"Well Eli's not actually my brother." He looked at Eli with a curious expression. Oh, so this man had 2 baby mommas. I had many brothers and sisters back in Africa. They were not biologically my siblings but regardless we were siblings, we supported and loved each other so it doesn't matter.
"Of course Eli is your brother, do you love him?" I looked Mikos in the eyes.
"Yes." He nodded.
"Then no matter what, Eli will always be your brother, do you understand?"
"Yes, Zora." He looked at Eli smiling.
"Well then, we should get some pancakes should we." I smiled at him pinching his cheek lightly. He giggled.
"But first we need to get ready for the day." I bopped both Eli's and Mikos noses. Mikos ran off to his room to go put on clothes that Id have to change latter. Mikos could never match his clothes and it was hilarious.
I took a quick shower, did my hair, makeup, and put on an outfit. I knew Mikos and Eli were hungry so I only took about 30 minutes. But I had Eli sit with Mikos on my bed feeding him a bottle as I did my hair and makeup. I was trying to teach Mikos some life skills, even if he was only 6 years old. I started off that young so why can't he.

We all went down to the kitchen and I started on Mikos Dino-Cakes. I had Eli strapped to my chest which I found he liked much better then a seat. As I made the pancakes I heard someone enter the kitchen.
"Ziah, I would like to have a picnic at the park today, would you help me pack a lunch later?" I asked not turning my head. I found that Mikos loves being among nature and he loves exploring so as a treat I think it be nice to get some fresh air.
"After my meeting, I will be going with you." A deep voice slightly scared me.
"Good Morning Stefano, we would love for you to join us, right Mikos?" I smiled at them before flipping a pancake onto Mikos plate.
"Yes, daddy, Ill try to catch a frog for you." Yes, for some reason Mikos loved catching insects and critters as "presents", he is a strange kid.
"Im looking forward to it, alright Ill see you around 11." He ruffled Mikos hair and touched Eli's head lightly. Just as he turned to leave, he kissed my cheek. Oh lord girl, I think I'm falling for this man.
