Chapter 22

Narrator's pov

The heavy rain turned into a slight drizzle. The two girls took the opportunity to walk back to the car hand in hand. They stole small glances of each other every now and then. Luna opened the door for Aelia, she mumbled a quick 'thank you're before entering.

"This was the greatest day of my life" Aelia chuckled

"I'm glad you enjoyed it, but it's not over yet. I'm starving" Luna said, Aelia raised a brow

"Where are we going?"

"You ask too many questions" Luna smirked

"Well I have to, who knows. Maybe you'll kidnap me and feed me to wolves"

"I'm pretty sure I'm the only person that can rip you apart" Luna wiggled her brows and held a smirk on her face

"Would you stop that!" Aelia laughed

"Stop what?"

"Ugh, shut up" Aelia groaned

"Make me"

Aelia quickly leaned over to Luna's face. Their lips hovered over each other. Aelia's hand reached up and gripped Luna's throat. Her nail sunk into the thin flesh causing Luna to groan. Aelia hovered her lips over Luna's, they slightly touched. Luna felt the girl's hot breath on her plump lips and it was frustrating

"Don't you dare underestimate me. Got it?" Luna nodded slowly, she wasn't afraid of the girl but this new found sense of dominance was turning her on

Aelia settled back in her seat with a smirk on her face, Luna shook her head smiling and started the engine. She drove the car to their destination

It was already 10pm, Luna knew she had to get Aelia back home by 12 but she couldn't say goodnight just yet

"A karaoke bar?" Aelia chuckled

"Yes ma'am" Luna smiled, the girls got out of the car and walked towards the door

The interior was modern aesthetic, a disco ball hung in the middle of the room. The lights danced around the the neon coloured stage. The room was packed but luckily a couple had just left. The two girls went over to the table, Aelia's eyes scanned the room. The entire club was neon coloured, the tables were black and so was the bar. A waitress came over to take an order

"Good night ladies, may I have your order?" the young woman asked. Aelia's eyes landed on the woman and a heated feeling built in her fist

The waitress gave no attention to Aelia, the woman's eyes were trailing over Luna's body. Luna on the other hand paid no attention to neither of them

Luna's eyes were focused on the menu, her stomach gave a low growl. Ice cream and cotton candy couldn't contain the beast.

"Pork, fries, burgers, milkshakes, pizza God yes pizza and anything else on the menu" Luna said closing the book

"Ma'am, what category would you like exactly?"

"One of each" Luna smiled, the waitress smirked and wrote the order. Her eyes were still glued to Luna and it was boiling Aelia's blood

"And for you ma'am?"

"Oh I'll have the dead waitress-"

"I'm sorry, what?"

"Deep fried wings" Aelia smiled innocently, Luna choked on air

"Are you okay dear?" the waitress asked Luna, her hands rubbing circles on her back
