Ch. 25 Shadows of Mayhem

"So how did you become a were-dragon?" Eliza asked me while we was flying our way back to the roost "I was born a were-dragon...my parents are were-dragons as well but they had a more legendary look about them...my mom was about deadly nadder while my dad was a changewing..." I said "so then what dragon are you?" Eliza asked me "me...I'm a shadow Striker dragon" I said "and I'm also a coldwraith dragon..." "you was born a shadow striker...so then how did you get this coldwraith form?" Eliza asked "I saved a baby coldwraith dragon when I was little from a flame wreath dragon and I received the parent of that dragon's blessing allowing me to get this form..." I said with pride "you was a brave little boy I can tell you that for sure" Eliza said "thanks...I just hate to see my kind or any other dragons getting either hurt or bullied...to defend the weak and hurt the mighty that's been my motto and it's never changed" I said "My motto is to help the poor and despise the rich" Eliza said making me laugh "why is your motto like that?" I asked through giggles "it's because I grew up in a poor family and the only way I could save my family was by marrying a wealthy husband...but I've learned that to never trust the greedy and help those in need...I learned how to cook, knit, and raise my own farm ad animals by myself" Eliza said before we reached the roost "i'm honestly impressed eliza...alright here we are...the roost" I said before landing only to get tackled in by cutter who kissed me passionately "alright gay couple...that something you don't see everyday" Hiccup said "It's cute in my books...I always support those who like the same gender..." Eliza said "thank you eliza...at least someone has some dignity" I said looking at Snotlout "Imo...really?" Snotlout said "your the only who would go Leroy Jenkins any day whenever your in a battle" I said "it was something that popped in my head ok guys" I said causing them to nod their heads 'succumb to the darkness imo' that same voice said 'leave me alone' 'what's wrong...not surprised to see me you will never get rid of me imo...no matter how hard you try i will always stay with you' "hey imo...you ok?" Eliza asked "huh...yeah I'm fine I just got lost in my thoughts that's all" I said before noticing how dark it got "come on gang lets head home" Hiccup said "and if you guys ever need help just send us a terror mail" Fishlegs said "alright...it was an honor to meet you guys" Dak said "Same with you guys" Toothless side before Hiccup and the others left "what a nice team...well except for snotlout...he seems to be a massive pain in the neck" Leyla said "tell me about it" I said before we went inside the roost and fell asleep

*In the dream realm*

'Where am I?' Cutter thought to himself "cutter!" Dak called out in the void "Dak is that you?" Cutter asked before seeing Dak Leyla and the others with him...all except for me "wait...where's imo?" Winger asked 'You can run imo but you can't hide from me!' A voice said but the others didn't know who it was "did anyone else hear that?" Eliza asked "we all heard it eliza...but it wasn't imo...we need to find him" Dak said "good call dak" Winger said before they searched for me 'you can't hide forever imo...I will keep you in here and once I find you...I'm going to have you kill your precious family...and who knows what I'd do next...maybe I'll kill your boyfriend...what was his name again...oh right it was cutter wasn't it?' The voice asked causing my eyes to go red with anger but then my voice changed in a way I have never heard it in a long time *corrupted* "if you lay a single bloody claw of any of them I will rip your heart out!" I exclaimed at the voice in anger 'So you'd rather sacrifice your own life just to protect your so called friends...what have they ever done for you...oh right THEY'VE DONE NOTHING FOR YOU!' The voice shouted at me 'this is the last time I'm asking you to come with me...I know you want to cause some mayhem and I am here to make that dream a reality...so what do you say bud, want to join the shadows?' The voice said coming closer to me *corrupted* I'll never join you, not now not ever! NOW COME AND FIGHT ME LIKE A MAN!" I shouted at the voice 'if you say so' the voice said before coming out but when I looked at it I noticed how...disturbing it looked, it looked like something out of everyone's worst nightmare and placed into one human being but one thing that tipped me over the edge was that it looked exactly like me...but it had scars all over it, an eyepatch in it's right eye and it looked like I had killed someone...'no...it can't be him...can it?' I thought to myself

"what's wrong it looks like your seeing a ghost right now?" The voice said "Just who are you?" I asked the voice "isn't it obvious...I'm you or should I say I'm a darker version of you...all those thoughts you had of mayhem and destruction...that was caused by me...but since you just forgot about them...they manifested into me..." Shadow said "impossible...I don't have any dark thoughts..." I said before I heard my name get called out "imo!" Dak called out "dak i'm over here" Shadow called out in my voice "what do you think your doing?" I asked "I've been wanting to get rid of you ever since you was little...now's my one and only chance to finally get rid of you" Shadow said before his whole body changed and it looked exactly like me "guys I found him I found...them?" Dak said before the others came to where Dak was "Imo thank goodness you had me worried there" Cutter said "Cutter that's not me" I said "imo...what do you mean I talking to you right now" Cutter said before he saw a duplicate version of me "what the heck is going on?" Hana asked "which one is the real imo?" Hibiki asked "they both look identical" Aggro said "we know that aggro...let's try asking them both some questions and see which one is the real imo" Leyla asked "that would whittle it down by a lot" Eliza said "what is Imo's favorite type of fish?...he has two favorites" Hana asked "red tail pike and rainbow pike" Shadow said "what would imo do more, protect his friends and family or cause mayhem" Eliza asked "I would protect my friends and family..." I said "what was the paint pallette we used for Imo's coldwraith form before he took a dip in the water and revealed it?" Aggro asked "red with white" Shadow said "Imo's greatest fear?" Winger asked "being rejected" Shadow said "imo...get over here...we'll leave this fraud in here" Winger said before Shadow woke up "STOP YOUR MAKING A MISTAKE! THAT'S NOT ME!" I shouted at them but they didn't listen to me before I woke up but it wasn't exactly me it was actually shadow who woke up "finally put of that prison...good luck getting out of there imo..." Shadow said to himself "hey imo...you coming or what?"Winger asked "you guys go on ahead I'll catch up with you guys soon" Shadow said before the rescue riders, and my parents left but Fang was still asleep "now..it's time to get rid of the dead weight" Shadow said before killing Fang while she was asleep "one down...seven to go" Shadow said before looking outside to see if the coast was clear and yet it was and so with that Shadow dragged my sister's corpse to the edge of the roost and tossed her over the edge, after that was done the took a small dip in the water to clean off the blood that was on him and went in the direction the rescue riders was in "now that fang is out of the way...I can take out the rest of those pesky riders" Shadow said
