Ch. 26 "Argument"

                                                          Zoey POV

I'm sitting on the couch of the main room of the tower as my father paced back and forth in front of me, Bucky standing next to the couch, 

"Zoey where do I even begin?" My dad said 

"Could it be the constant war with you defying me?" He said 

"Or the constant secrecy with you?" He said 

"Not to mention that at every turn I find out you are doing something reckless and idiotic," My dad said 

I just slouched in my seat arms crossed, kinda zoning out, 

"So would you mind filling me in on how you ended up in an illegal fighting club?" My dad said 

I just rolled my eyes, 

"Wouldn't call it a club," I mumbled 

"What was that?" Bucky said 

I just sighed, 

"Not to mention that you are the Teenage solider, never losing a fight," My dad said 

"More like undefeated," I mumbled again, 

"Zoey!" Dad said 

I looked at him lazily and annoyed, 

"Are you going to tell me?" He said 

I didn't say anything, 

"Okay that's it you are not to leave this tower with out supervision, in a matter a fact your gonna have constant supervision," My dad said 

I was starting to get angry, and when I get angry I explode, 

I stood up, 

"You really want to know what I was doing!?" I said 

both of their eyes went wide but they quickly recovered, 

"Yes I do!" He yelled 

"I was doing what I had to do to survive!" I said glaring at him 

"WHEN I WOKE UP, MY MOTHER WAS OLD ENOUGH TO BE MY GRANDMOTHER! MY HOME WAS CONDEMNED AND I WAS ALONE!" I said 

"NOT LIKE YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT!" I yelled not realizing I had tears in my eyes 

"So yeah yell threaten, do what ever you have to do not like you would understand waking up and everything completely different from when you left!" I yelled 

"Zoey I-" Dad said but I didn't let him finish I ran past Bucky running to my room passing Tony and Clint, and slamming the door, 

My back slowly sliding down the door, till I'm on the flood, I bring my knees to my chest folding my arms and burring my head in my arms and start to let it all out crying, 

I miss my home! I miss my mom! I miss my old life! I thought crying, 

                                            Steve POV 

I sighed after Zoey ran out of the room, 

"Way to go big guy," Tony said entering the room, 

"What?" I said 

"Making Zoey cry, honestly didn't think she could cry guess you proved me wrong," Clint said 

"You were too hard on her," Bucky said 

I looked at him in shock, 

"But-" I said 

"You need to understand you had people help you when you were unfrozen, Zoey had no one she had to learn to adapt, survive" Bucky said 

I sighed, 

"Friday, show me Zoey," I said 

The screen lowered showing Zoey with her knees to her chest and her head in her arms that are on top of her knees crying, shaking, trying to hold it in, 

"You need to fix this," Clint said 

Bucky nodded everyone left the room, 

"I don't know how..." I mumbled
