"Sherry!!"
(Y/N) yelled,
We all had managed to take down the monster, but now a huge wall of fire separated Sherry and jake from us.
"(Y/N)! Leon!"
I heard sherry yell,
"We're gonna head to the Kwan Lung Building over in Koocheng! That's where I'm meeting with Simmons!"
She said,
"Sherry listen- until we get there I need you to-"
The thing between us exploded.
"...are they gonna be alright?"
Helena asked worridly.
"Let's just hope that Jake kid is as good as he thinks he is."
I said,
"Leon, (Y/N), do you read me?"
Hunnigan said,
"Hunnigan?"
(Y/N) asked, tapping into their ear piece.
"You went dark after the plane went down! I linked in a minute ago but you weren't picking up!"
She said,
"Listen, the building agent Birkin mentioned isnt far off. Just stick to your current route ok?"
"Got it."
I nodded,
The three of us followed the route.
We had to cut through a market, discovering a new type of infected and shoving its ugle face into a shredder.
Great I know.
"Come on,"
I said standing outside a pair of double doors,
"We dont wanna miss simmons."
We quietly entered the area, looking up we saw someone walking through a door with a long red scarf.
"Ada!?"
I said surprised,
"I knew she was up to something."
(Y/N) whispered through gritted teeth.
"Come on, let's follow her."
Helena said as we quietly climbed the stairs.
We shoved open the door, being careful to check.
But there was no one there.
We all walked beside each other, talking slow cautious steps...
I saw a figure move in the darkness and flipped my gun to where it was.
