REMI HAD always loved her family orchard. She would often sneak out a few novels and hide them in tree hollows for a bit of nightly reading whenever she would feel like it.
After all, she was the only child and the orchard took up most of her loneliness. Perhaps that was why she was always seen with a book in her hands.
Classics were her most favourite genre of stories and quite coincidentally, Romeo and Juliet was one of her most loved books. She found it so wonderfully romantic and heartbreaking, and it was no surprise at all that she choose the side who thought the same as her.
For as much as she hated the division between her classmates, she felt relieved to know that there were people who enjoyed things the same as she did. And it refreshed her to talk about her interests so freely.
She liked all the friends she was beginning to make. A part of her didn't want the rift to end.
