Umbra: Trooper what happened?
Riot Clone trooper 1: Dust robbery sir. We were able to capture a few criminals but the rest got away.
Riot Clone trooper 2: Turns out the famous Roman Torchwick has somehow convinced the White Fang to seal some dust. The reason for that is still unknown.
Umbra: Thank you troopers, continue on with your search.
