Ivy POV:

Today was Friday. The first practise session of the 2021 season. Everyone was beyond excited to see the f1 cars back on the track. A lot of people were sure that Lewis was probably going to get his 8th title this year,but who knows? In F1 anything is possible. Things can change in less than a second during a race. Some people though,had their hopes on the 23 year old Dutchman,Max Verstappen who was hunting for his 1st ever title

Speaking of Max,since that night at the party,we decided to stay in contact. We tried to hang out whenever we could and became good friends in those two months. Surprisingly,once you get to know him he isn't as bad as he seems to be on cameras. He is a total sweetheart. In these past two months i definetly caught myself catching feelings for him. But i had to put all those thoughts away thanks to Lewis. I didn't even want to know how his reaction would be if he ever finds out about it. I mean,he doesn't even know we hang out as friends. Myself and Max made a plan. We only hanged out in mine or his apartment in Monaco and not going anywhere out together. Monaco is a small place and gossip here spreads faster than the lightning speed. People would be quick to assume things. We also tried to keep away during the f1 race weekends in the paddock and not talk to eachother

Anyway,back to f1

I arrived in Bahrain with my sister Bianca last night. We were very tired so we immediately went to bed. Bianca is my younger sister. She just turned 18 two weeks ago. She loved f1 as much as me but couldn't come as often thanks to her university. She had just started studying psychology and it was very draining and exhausting for her. Speaking of me,I recently got my marketing diploma and got myself a job in a company which i can work from home online,so i definetly had more time to travel.

The next morning(today) we woke up feeling much more refreshed than last night
We quickly got out of bed and got dressed up. We decided to go out around the city ,since there was plenty of time until the practise session started.

*2 hours later

"Ivy are you finally done? I mean you already bought half of the mall,isn't it enough for you?"- Bianca started,feeling angry cause I was probably taking way too long shopping

"Let's just go to this store and then I'll be done. I know i said the same thing about 5 stores ago,but i cannot resist"- i added

But this time i really was speaking the truth. We sat down in a cafe so we can gain some energy from all that shopping and walking. The waiter gave us our order when suddenly my eyes widen at what i see. It was Max sitting on the table across us with his sister Victoria,talking about something. I stared at him in the eyes for a good minute,when he turned his head and saw my face and got a shocked expression. I really didn't expect to meet Max here.

"Earth to Ivy?"- i finally got out of my imaginations as I hear my sister shouting at me looking very confused

"What?" - I ask,clearly not being there with my mind

"What the fuck were you looking at for the past minute? You looked like someone hypnotised you"- she explained in confusion

"I can't talk about that now"-i told her and she gave me an even more concerned look

Just tell me,i promise i won't scream or anything like that"- Bianca started begging me so i had to do it

Mabel and Oakley were the only ones who knew about my thing with Max. I haven't told my sister since i almost never saw her due to her studies

I started telling her the whole story with her basically looking at me in shock. She definetly didn't see that coming

"Ivy what on the actual earth did you get yourself into?" - she started
