Ivy POV:

I wake up as i groaned in anger due to the time being so early. 8am in the morning. But i had to wake up because i had made plans to hang out and spend the day with Max. I made my way to the bathroom and took a shower and then picked out an outfit for the day.

Then i went to the living room to see if Mabel was awake or not. Turns out she was up and was already making breakfast for the both of us

"Oh my god Ivy that outfit looks flawless on you! I'm sure Max will be impressed"- she grinned with a smile on her face

"Thank youu,but now can we get to breakfast cause I'm actually starving"- i replied to her while sarcastically making a little sad face

"Yeah yeah sure"- Mabel rolled her eyes

We both sat down on the kitchen island as we ate our avocado sandwiches as we talked about Max and some other things. But then,my mom decided to call me right in the middle of the gossip

She asked me about where I was going,but I ofcourse could never tell her the real thing. So instead,I just lied to her and told her I'm going out with Mabel and a few other friends. To my luck,she seemed like she believed me and didn't bother to ask any further questions. After our call i simply decided to just chill on the sofa until Max arrives. I was ready quite early,as there was still about 30 minutes until Max's arrival

To be honest,those 30 minutes felt like forever. When i heard the bell on the door as I shouted enthusiastically. I quickly grabbed my bag and hugged Mabel before leaving

"Byeee,have fun,but not too much!"- i could hear Mabel yelling while laughing as I was about to open the door

I opened it to reveal the face of Max standing waiting for me. I smiled the moment I saw him and hugged him tightly

"Hey,uh i missed you. A lot"- i couldn't help but greet him

"Well,the feelings are mutual then"- he replied as smile lit up on his face

"Then lets go,what are we waiting for?"- I asked and then we shut the door and made our way to the elevator of the apartment complex

We were hoping no one sees us as it was pretty early in the morning. I had faith that most the neighbours were sleeping or doing their morning grocery shopping so I wouldn't meet any of them

Luckily,no one saw us,as I made my way inside Max's car. After about 4 minutes we arrived infront of his place. He parked his car in the garage and then we made our way inside.

"I must say I really missed this place"- i told him as I remembered I haven't really been here in probably a month

Before his pre season sessions,he was free so I took any chance to come here so we can spend our time together. That's basically how our friendship,well relationship now build up.

But,if it wasn't for that night at Lewis's birthday party,we would never be here today. Honestly,i think about this the whole time. What if we never met during that party? What if our one night stand never happened? We would've probably been strangers,or more like me being his rival's step sister and that's it.

But I was really thankful that he got into my life. If you asked me this same question 6 months ago,i probably would never believe this was all real. But it was. And i was more than happy about it

All we had to do is just keep our relationship as secret as possible. Cause if the public finds out,it's gonna be a mess. We didn't even know what we would do in the future. I mean somehow there will be a way for people to find out. No matter what we did,we knew we couldn't just hide our relationship forever like they do in the movies. We just didn't want people to know right now.
