The wolves stared at the unconscious girl laying on the bed.

The wolf bite had hit a major artery.
With the toxicity of werewolf bites, her wound had a longer time to heal than a normal bite should have.

The doctor'd said it would take a few weeks for a complete heal, without any limping.
Five weeks at most!!

The first guard stared worriedly at the victimized young girl.
No doubt she'd be a teenager at her age.

She reminded him of his daughter.
She's been killed at the same age rate.

Just then the Alpha came into the ward.
He looked around the treating room, and frowned, staring around at the many other injured wolves from his pack.

Fortunately, the wounds were not as severe as they used to be.
But this girl, yes she piqued his interest.

He smiled as he thought of the easy benefits he'd get from her plain presence in his pack.

He tool a deep puff of smoke and huffed it out.
Her eye lids twitched.
He stilled for a moment and cocked up a brow.

Was she awake?!!

Her eyelids trembled and she slowly opened up her eyes.
She looked dazed for a minute, just staring at the ceiling, before she turned to the wolves that stood at the foot of her bed.

Tears pooled down her face and her nose flushed.
She cried in silent whimpers, closing her eyes tightly shut.

It took her a while before she composed her emotions, mean while, easily paving way for the pervy Alpha to rake her body with his greedy eyes..

His eyes was gleaming with greed and his aura gave off an overbearing feeling.

He stuffed his hands in his pockets, to look mysterious and carried his chin up with a cold expression.

As the girl looked his way, he turned his eyes away, and then slowly backed up to her face like he didn't care about her condition.

Her eyes flashed with a glimmer of amusement but she covered up quickly, and gave out a little sniffle..

She was trying her best to waddle her wrapped up leg, to forcefully kneel on the bed, tightly pursing her lips in an attempt to prevent the whimper that inaudibly escaped her lips.

She took a deep breath, finally in a knelt stance, trembling consciously, and bowing with her head to the Alpha.

As she lowered her head, involuntary tears fell.

"Thank you sir....thank you for saving me!!"
She cried..
"Thank you so much!!"

The Alpha was silently staring at her, then he stalked forward, grabbed her chin, to pull her close, his nose touching her neck as he took in a deep sniff.

"You.....why don't you smell like wolf?!!"
He tightened his grip on her chin and she whimpered slightly.

"I.....I lost....my wolf.."
Her tone lowered with the sentence and more tears dropped.

The Alpha moved away and his frown grew deeper.

"Start talking!!."
He growled.

"I....I ran away.....but father always had said if we were ever in trouble, to go to the nearest underlying pack....
Vam..vampires were after me.
I tried everything but they were still after me.
But, then there were wolves..........
If only you didn't help me......."

The Alpha squinted his eyes, staring at the girl with a complicated face.
So she didn't have her wolf, that was why the silver didn't burn her when she was pounding.

" Your pack!.."
His voice was low and menacing and the girl couldn't help but flinch at his voice.

"T-the...the..bla...black crescent....cre-cresent...r...rise!."
She trembled greatly and scooted back an inch with fearful eyes..

The Alpha clenched his jaw, and squeezed his knuckles tight.
His higher up.....

He stared hard at the girl, suddenly showing anger, she shivered back.
Closer and closer, edgy and edged, she was now blocked by the wall.

She stared fearfully at the Alpha, who smiled madly down at her.
His two subordinates behind him had already backed away farer from him.

"What good timing you have princess......
Just in time when I need assistance!!!..."
His voice was sultry and low.

She shook her head, intense dread drawing down her body, vividly shown on her face.

"Won't daddy be very proud of you!!....."
His smile was filled and laced with extreme torment and venom, she was already clutching her blanket tightly to her face.

"Can....can you le...let..m-me...g....go?.."
She was trembling so much that the bed began to shake slightly.

The Alpha smirked, eyeing her body like a possessed nymphomaniac.

He turned to the subordinates.
"Make sure she doesn't escape!!.."
He gave her one last glimpse, before he slammed the door behind him.

The guards, went to help her by  both her arms and led her to a smaller room..
A guest room.

One of the guards turned to look at her with a warm gaze.
"We'll be outside the door just in case......"

He turned and quietly closed the door behind him.

The girl let out a soft sigh, and limped to the window.
The gazed at the evening sky and let out another sigh.

Far past the bordering doors of this little city, at the lush foresf her gaze was set.

She smiled softly before she went to bed and closed her eyes to sleep for a while.

.........

In the forest, about fifty miles away, several wolves hung in several trees, awaiting the signal that would rise at midnight.

She'd said.....
When you hear a howl, that's your cue.....

And now, they waited in full patience for  signalling howl.

So far the plan had been a success....
Now, they just had to wait and see if it would be a win.....

But all Greenie could think was...
Would she be alright?....
