The Babysitter

Prologue

Jeongguk was driving back to his house, the windshield wiping the droplets of rain falling onto his car. He whistled while turning his car around a corner and saw a girl walking on the sidewalk with no umbrella, head down and shoulders slumped. Jeongguk immediately rushed out of the car with his umbrella and covered the fragile girl who looked lyk a skeleton. 

"who are you?" the girl asked, scared but did not stutter. 

"hey it's raining. where are your parents? why are you alone baby?" Jeongguk asked 

Eunha looked at the man looking back at her and blinked. She didn't find any bad intentions when the guy called her 'baby' but still decided that her life is her business and walked forward. Jeongguk walked behind her trying to keep her covered while he was exposed to the rain. "hey baby. tell me your name. it's raining and it is not safe to walk alone" Jeongguk panted 

"leave me alone oppa" Eunha told and looked back when she heard a gasp "do not call me oppa" Jeongguk told and the girl slightly smiled "I'm Jeongguk. Jeon Jeongguk call me gguk or anything you like" 

"kay gguk. don't follow me. this is not my first time here. don't worry" Eunha told and smiled sweetly, it was fake, yea anyone could understand that. 

"u never told me your name. And no i am not leaving you here, i will take you back home" 

Eunha turned back and glared at the male 

"I'm Eunha. My mom died and my dad doesn't fucking care about me. Fyn? Leave me now" 

Jeongguk shaked his head and looked back at the girl. "it is raining heavily. you are going to get sick. I will take you where you want to go. If you don't want to go home you can come with me an i swear no bad intentions i am 100% gay, you can keep my phone with you if you want. But i am not going to leave you alone in this rain" 

"you resemble a bunny" Jeongguk smiled at her showing her teeth and decided to take her to her house as she asked coz Eunha trusts him and gguk won't leave without taking her home. During their ride she told him everything about how her mom died and her dad doesn't talk to her and shouts at her when the babysitter's resign because they couldn't take care of her . Jeongguk felt sad for the little girl but stayed happy to cheer her up. 

Soon they reached her house or more like a mansion and before leaving Jeongguk stretched out his hand "hi i want to be your friend." Jeongguk told showing his bunny smile and Eunha chuckled before taking it "i would love to be your friend" 

Jeongguk walked her to the door and noticed that Eunha's face dropped so he held her hand tightly and knocked the door. A handsome, strong male opened the door and for a moment Jeongguk was mesmerized in that person's looks before coming to his senses. "hi. uhm..your daughter? well heard you need a babysitter" Eunha looked at Jeongguk who winked at her "yes. starting tomorrow. daily. you will get ur pay at the end of the month" Taehyung answered in his deep voice and left before Jeongguk could say anything, leaving the door open. Eunha sighed and entered before looking back at Jeongguk who mouthed 'tmrw will meet again' and waved at her before going to his car. 

Eunha smiled truly after many years, she closed the door and went to her room and locked it while sliding down the door-
'this is going to be my one true friend'
