They first set off to the Marketplace of the city. Though most areas in Delphi could already be considered as a marketplace due to the sheer volume of stalls and businesses, This part of the city would make the others seem dull in comparison

"Get your fresh lamb meat piping hot right here!"

"Excuse me good sir we've got some fresh herbs here, straight off from the Greenwood forest"

"Don't listen to that harlot sir, we've got herbs that are way better and we could even throw in a freebie of-"

"Oi don't steal my customers you rabid do-"

"You wanna go huh?!"

"...They sure are lively "

Lia muttered to herself as both of them continued walking along while she looks at her surroundings with excitement

'The lively stalls selling fantasy-like items, The medival asthethic of the streets, the not so good but decent enough clothes they're wearing...Ahhhhh, this is the true fantasy experience'

She continued to be lost in her thoughts, not noticing that Raiden beside him was staring at her with a confused expression

"Oi Lia..."

'Ahhhhh...I should've already experienced this two years ago...Not that the atmosphere in Victoria is bad per se, but I much prefer this one'

The atmosphere reminded her of the streets that she used to walk through with her colleagues after a hard day at work. Most of the time, they would all be drunk, and she would be forced to bring them back to their homes. It sounded like a pain but for Lia, or rather Junko, it was one of her cherished memories

"Lia!"

"Yes?"

"What do you mean yes? Aren't you supposed to help me familiarize something? If you're gonna doze off like that then you could at least send me home already"

Lia breathed out a sigh as she stares ahead

'This killjoy...he could've at least played the gentlemen and give me a few moments'

She wanted to continue enjoying the scenery, but it seems that work would have to come first, she cleared her thoughts for a moment and initiated her work mode

"My mistake, It seems that I was too caught up with something, my lord"

"Yeah, whatever, let's just do this already'

"Of course. To start off, you do know how important is this city to the Empire right?"

"I know that at least! It's the most prosperous region at the moment, right?"

Lia nodded in response

"Correct. Since the city was pretty far away from the revolution, it didn't really sustain that much damage compared to the other cities...Granted, we lost some...Important figures...the general populous of the city remained safe nonetheless"

"....."

Seeing that Raiden became lost in thought, Lia placed her fingers in between his eyes and snapped a few times

"I know it's insolent of me, but you need to put your past aside for now. Thoughts like those could cloud your decisions in the future"

"...Tch, you know nothing"

Her face remained unchanged even when she heard this

"Oh, you'd be surprised...."

"Hah?!"
