(Y/N)'s POV
My boyfriend got hospitalized since he got injured in his ankle, again. He does this every time he and our friends got a play, I placed a picture of us (our team) winning. He always gets injured most of the time since he always go hardcore, he says our team is the best and our captain is strong. Our team is called the Straw Hats' Soccer Team, our coach is Franky-san, a Cyborg.

"I am lucky to have you as my girlfriend, (Y/N)-chwan~!"Sanji said and I sighed
"Are you dreaming again, Sanji? How many times do I have to warn you to not overwork yourself!"I said and he smiled as he reached for my left wrist and pulled me closer to him which made me blush.
"My babe is so sweet to take care an injured me~"Sanji said as I blushed yet again, he usually do this
"S-Sanji!"I said and he kissed my neck which made me shivering
"You'll be my nurse for the next two weeks~"Sanji said and I got shy, I am also a cheerleader of the team, along with Nami-chan and our senior cheerleader, Robin-san. As Sanji was about to kiss me, the door opened and I slapped his arms around me and stood up straight
"SANJIIIII! ARE YOU OKAY?"our captain, Monkey D. Luffy asked as I sighed, I am his supposed to be older sister since me and Portugas D. Ace or Gol D. Ace is my real younger brother.
"I am okay, but you just had to ruin my sweet sweet time with (Y/N)-chwan~!"Sanji said as I blushed, well for once, we haven't done any physical contact except for hugging and forehead kisses and holding hands. Nami-chan then slapped the back of Sanji's head while I gasped
"You'll just do perverted things with our little innocent (Y/N)-chan. Anyways our coach and Robin will not come since they said they'll have a date"Nami-chan said and I looked at Sanji who looks at me as he winked at me and mouthed that he is fine.
"It's fine if they won't come, I'd rather spend my time with (Y/N)-chwan than in the same room as Marimo"Sanji said to Zoro-kun who clicked his tongue
"I do not want to be in the same room as you too, Ero-Cook!"Zoro-kun said as the two glared at each other
"So when will you plan to kiss my sister, Sanji?"I heard Ace asking on the doorway with a smirk, I blushed yet again and came to slap him on the head.
"Ow!"he hissed in pain and I rolled my eyes as I looked at Sanji who was looking at me and Ace
"Ace! Why would you say such things?"I asked and I heard Sanji laughing
"Soon, Ace, soon"Sanji said and I got embarrassed so I went to hug my brother, him being a good brother, he just chuckled and hide my blushing red face.
"Anyways we visited if you are okay, seems like (Y/N)-chan makes you feel okay, so we will leave now. (Y/N)-chan, I'll leave Sanji-kun to you"Nami-chan said as she dragged Luffy, Usopp, and Zoro-kun outside. Ace also brought me outside and damn, there's a hundred fans of Sanji outside. Nami-chan came to my side and hugged me sideways while walking away from the guys
"Now, Sanji-kun and you will get a chance to really have a sweet moment! Get your damn first kiss!"Nami-chan said as she winked at me and I shyly smiled
"O-okay!"I said and they left, I walked inside the room where Sanji is, he was sleeping.
"I noticed you being sleepy....."I said and sat next to him, I caressed his hair and smiled, I inch my face to his and I can feel his breathing while sleeping
"Rest well....babe"I said and inched closer to his lips, I gulped as I kissed his lips slightly. I heard a knock on the door so I rapidly pulled my head up
"Ointment for Mr. Sanji"a nurse said as I told her to come in, she looks at me
"Miss? You look flustered, do you need a medicine?"she asked and I read her name tag, Kotoko Irie?
"Ahhh, n-no I don't need one. Please treat him...."I said and she nodded as she was putting the ointment, a doctor came by and rushed to where Nurse Kotoko Irie is, the doctor's name tag is.....Naoki Irie.
~ This is before Kotoko Irie came in Sanji's POV~
I was sleeping until I heard the door opening, I was fake sleeping this time, I sensed (Y/N)-chwan's presence in my right side. I felt her caressing my hair and I can tell that she is smiling, I began to feel her inching her face to mine and I can feel her breathing while I fake sleep.
"Rest well....babe"(Y/N)-chwan said and inched closer to my lips, I her gulping
'She is too cute....wait is she initiating a kiss?' I thought as I prepared for a long lasting kiss but (Y/N)-chwan just kissed my lips shortly. I was about to complain and continue where she left off but we heard a knock on the door so (Y/N)-chwan rapidly pulled her head up and pretended nothing happened
'Too cute for my heart~!' I thought and then the nurse talked while putting a ointment for me, moments later, I hissed in pain, is this pain killers or something to worsen my injured ankle?!
"Sanji! A-are you okay?"(Y/N)-chwan asked worriedly while I opened my eyes and saw her worried
"Oi Kotoko! This is not pain killers! You put the wrong cream!"a male's voice said as I looked to where the voices came from
"I-I'm so sorry!"I heard a female voice as the doctor quickly put the right ointment on me, once I was done and it does not hurt anymore.
"I'm sorry about her, she's an idiot through and through"Doctor Naoki Irie said and I smiled
"D-don't worry about it, Sanji is okay now....and um thank you"(Y/N)-chwan said while I saw Kotoko Irie apologizing to me and (Y/N)-chwan.
"Yes, I am fine. Don't worry"I said and Kotoko Irie thanked me as she bowed
"A-and uhm....m-may I ask if your m-married?"(Y/N)-chwan asked while both the Irie looks at her, Kotoko Irie-san looks at the tall male while she was smiling and blinking
"Can I tell her, Irie-kuuun~?"Irie-san asked as the doctor sighed while walking away
"Do whatever you want, Kotoko"the doctor said while the nurse smiled happily towards us
"Yes, we are husband and wife and is married. Irie-kun is very kind"the nurse said as she took her leave but before that, she turns back and smiled
"I wish you happiness you two! Fighting!"she said and now she is completely gone, (Y/N)-chwan and I looked at each other
"Are you really okay, Sanji? Does it hurt anywhere?"she asked and I pulled her close to me
"We've been severely interrupted since those idiots came, I wanna kiss you, (Y/N)-chwan"I said while she blushed and looked at me
"S-Sanji.....I-I too...I-I want to kiss you too..."she said as I smiled, I inch closer to her while she did too. I stared into her eyes
"(Y/N), I love you"I said as (Y/N)-chwan smiled and cupped my cheeks
"I love you too, Sanji"she told me while I smiled as I slowly kissed her, I chuckled when she kissed back slowly, I can clearly tell she's not that ready. We finished while I hugged her
"It was good kissing you for the first time while I was sleeping, you little sneaky cutiepie~"I said to her ear which she gasped on as I chuckled

Kotoko who dragged Naoki by eavesdropping on the window smiled
"Now what did you do, Kotoko? Even at the hospital, you're matchmaking anyone"Naoki Irie said as Kotoko Irie smiled
"The girl had so many attempts on kissing Mr. Sanji so I was trying to help her, I locked the door and even shushed the screaming fans inside the hall"Kotoko Irie said while Naoki Irie sighed at his wife's behavior.
