It's a well-known fact among Prisoner fans that Sammy Davis Jr was a fan of Prisoner and visited the set and met Maggie Kirkpatrick. Diana Ross has been one of my favorite music stars for many years and she and Sammy appeared on stage together numerous times. For me, it seems surreal to think that Diana Ross and Prisoner are linked together by Sammy Davis Jr. I was thinking it might be fun (if a little bizarre) to write a special episode featuring Diana Ross and Sammy Davis Jr.
Sammy Davis Jr. also wanted to appear in the show and now, thanks to me, he can!
This is a completely stand-alone special, it has no connection or references to previous fanfiction episodes I wrote (with the exception of Marie Winter being a nun because I find it funny) and is only loosely based around the real episodes of Prisoner, as the cast is a mix of characters from all the different eras, with some references to Prisoner stories
