Third Person Pov
Hinata got to practice a bit late today. He was busy yesterday hanging out with Kageyama that they ended up staying up until night.
"Ok! Shall we start!" Shouts Haru
"Yes!" They all shout back
They all get put into teams of 6 and play against each other. luckily, Hinata and Kageyama were put on the same team.
The whistle blew and the ball went up.
Yamaguchi receives the ball and sends it to Kageyama, who is looking for an open spiker.
'Hinata'
Kageyama sets the ball to Hinata and he smashes it down
"Yes!" They both yell
The other team was speechless
"I haven't seen Tobio-chan and Chibi-chan do that quick attack in a long time," says Oikawa
"Wow! When did you both learn to do that?!" Asked Kai
"Back in high school. I thought we would have forgotten how to do it, but I guess it's just muscle memory" Hinata Explained
"That was really amazing"
They play a few more rounds and finish for class
"Hey, Tadashi!" Calls Suga
"Oh hey Sugawara-san" replied Yamaguchi
S: "Something odd happened yesterday"
Y: "why do you say that?"
S: "Kageyama and Hinata are getting along and they are back talking to each other"
Y: "Oh yeah that's true!"
S: "At least they are fine now and it won't be awkward anymore"
Suga smiles at the two
H: "Kageyama! Send me a set!"
K: "Wait you, dumbass! I need to pick up the balls!
H: "hurry up!"
K: "Come help me then!"
H: "never mind"
They were all happy to see Hinata and Kageyama back on good terms. It made the atmosphere less stuffy
A short chapter today, because the last one was quite long.
I will be doing a time skip in the next chapter, so we can see how far Kageyama and Hinata have developed.
