3 Months Later
Katie POV
It's been 3 months since my last doctors appointment and you can see the baby bump. I finally have a bump. This kid has been craving everything and some things I haven't eaten before like pickles. I hate pickles but this baby has been craving it.
Niall has been on the road doing some festivals and I didn't go with him because we want to keep this pregnancy a surprise for the fans. Our friends and family knows but not the fans. We just want to tell the fans when we give birth to the baby. The fans kind of know that I'm dating Niall because they have been picture of us holding hands or him kissing me and I don't mind. I didn't get that much hate. Actually there are some of the fans that loves me which I was surprised by.
"What is the little one craving today?" Jade asked as she handed me Emma
Emma is 5 months. She is growing every day. She can talk like saying blah blah blah. She can sing and listen to our conversation. She is also smiley and laughing.
"Pancakes" I told her
"Of course. I will make that for you" she said
"You know I can make it" I told her as I sat Emma on the counter and I just put my arms around her so she doesn't fall
"No it's okay. You need the rest. I'll make it. How are you feeling?" she asked
"Good. I didn't throw this morning so that's good" I told her
"Yeah that is. Since we know the gender of the baby. Do you want to go baby shopping?" she asked
"Sure. I was going to that with Niall when he comes back but I just can't wait that long" I said and she chuckled
"I know you can't. After breakfast we can go clothes shopping then when Niall comes back you guys can do furniture shopping" she said and I nodded then my phone rang
"Oh speaking of the devil" I joked and showed her my phone and she chuckled
Niall is FaceTiming me. I answered it and I saw Niall is laying down on his bed at his hotel room.
"Hello beautiful" he said
"Hi" I said
"Just letting you know Niall. She just called you the devil" Jade said as she handed me some pancakes
"I did not" I told her
"Yes you did. Emma she did. Didn't she?" Jade asked Emma and Emma just talking nonsense "She saying yes" Jade said and I chuckled
"Babe. Did you just call me a devil?" Niall asked
"No I didn't. Jade and Emma are lying." I giggled and he chuckled
"Let me talk to my other baby. I don't want to talk to ya" he said and I giggled
I pulled my shirt up a bit so Niall can see my stomach.
"Wait. What was that baby girl? Oh did she? Okay. I won't tell her. Okay. I love you too" he said and I pulled my t-shirt down
"Okay. What did she tell you?" I asked him
"That's for her and me only okay. That for you not to hear alright" he said and I laughed
"Your uncle Niall is funny. Do you want to say hi?" I asked Emma
She just leaned to me Niall is trying to say hi to her in a silly way and she just hid her head on my chest.
"How are you feeling Kate?" he asked
"Better today. I didn't throw up this morning so that's a good sign." I said as I ate my pancakes
"That is and your eating that's another good sign. Are you doing anything today?" he asked
"Probably going baby shopping. Just got clothes tho" I told him and he nodded
"We are making the baby room when I come back right?" he asked
"Yep we are. Speaking of our baby. You know she wants midnight snacks" I told as Jade took Emma from me and I pouted to make her chuckle
"You needs to eat. Also, I need to give her diaper change before we leave" she said
"Okay fine" I said and she went upstairs
"Oh yeah. What's her midnight cravings?" Niall asked
"It's the lays ketchup chips Niall" Lucas said as he came to the kitchen with Amy "Hi baby girl" Lucas said to me and kissed my cheek "How's my niece doing?" he asked
"Good today. She isn't waking up every day so that's good" I told him
"That's good. Who made you pancakes?" he asked as Amy sat beside me
"Amy" Niall said as he saw her on the frame
"Geez. You scared me Niall. Hi Niall" she said and he chuckled
"Hi Amy. How are you? Did you grow while I'm gone?" he asked her
"Nope. I'm the still 10 year old Amy" she said
"Are you sure? I think you've grown" Niall said
"No Niall. You're being silly" she said
"I am being silly. Aren't I?" Niall asked as he made a funny face to make Amy laugh
"Did my wife make you pancakes and not for me?" Lucas asked
"Yep." I said
"How dare she? Now, I need to go make my own pancakes which I don't want. Kate make me pancake" Lucas told me
"No. I can't because I'm eating my own" I told him
"Okay. Amy make me pancakes" Lucas smiled at her
"Nope. I'm 10. I can't go near that thing" Amy said as she pointed at the stove
"So I have to make me own" Lucas whined
Niall is just watching whole thing on his screen.
"Yep" I told him
"Niall. Just future reference don't have any girl in your family" Lucas told him and Niall laughed
"Hey. I already got one on that one's tummy" Niall said as he pointed to me
"Hey that one has a name" I told Niall as Lucas went to make himself some breakfast
"Okay I gotta go. I have some meetings to get to. I love you and miss you" Niall said
"Love you and miss you too" I told him
"Bye Kate" he said
"Hey. You forgot to say bye to me" Amy said to him to make Niall chuckle
"Bye Amy" he said
"Bye" Amy said
"Bye babe. Talk to you soon?" I asked him
"Yeah. When I get the time. I have a show later today. Maybe I call after that" he said and I nodded
"Okay. Good luck today" I told him
"Thanks. I will need it. Bye" he said
"Bye" I said and hung up the phone and sighed
"You miss him don't ya?" Lucas asked as he put his pancakes on the plate
"Yep. Especially at this time. When I need someone to cuddle with" I pouted and he chuckled
"You know I can cuddle with you" he said
"I know but you're not the same as Niall" I told him
"That's true. Few more months babe then he will come back" he said and I nodded
"I'm going to get ready. I will be back" I told him as I got up from my seat
"Do you need help?" Lucas asked while eating his breakfast
"No. I'm good. You can eat your pancakes" I told him
"Okay. Yell if you need anything" he said and I gave him a thumbs up and went upstairs to change.
