Niall's and Mully's party
Katie's POV
Today is Niall's birthday and Niall's and Mully's party. Don't ask me why we are having the party on the same day as Niall's birthday. Just don't ask me. It's a surprise party for both of them and both of them don't know. The plan is I'm taking both of them and Henry on a walk this afternoon while everyone gets here and decorates the apartment. Niall's family came into town last week and stayed for a few days to help us out.
I went to the kitchen where Maura is making breakfast for the birthday boy.
"Do you need any help?" I asked as I sat on the stool that's beside the kitchen counter
"No it's okay. How's my granddaughter doing?" she asked and I chuckled
"Doesn't want me to go to sleep at night" I told her and she laughed
"Keeping waking you up by kicks?" she asked
"Yep" I said
"Good luck when she gets out because she might wake you up at 3 or 4 in the morning" she said
"Oh great. For feeding right?" I asked and she nodded
"Ready to get the baby out already?" Greg asked as he came to the kitchen
"You know you should try to carry a baby for 9 months" I told him
"I can't because I am a man. Right, mum?" Greg asked Maura
"Niall is right you guys act like siblings" she chuckled
"Good morning" Denise said as she came to the kitchen with the kids
"Good morning" I told her
"Are we going to wake up Uncle Niall?" Theo asked Maura
"Yep. Let's go right now" Maura said and the kids cheered
"Let's go" Greg told me as he held his hand out for me
I grabbed it and walked to Niall's and I bedroom. Niall still sleeping but the kids decided to jump on our bed.
"Wake up Uncle Niall" Madison said
"Uncle Niall is asleep. Please leave a message after the beep. Beep" Niall said and went back to sleep
I giggled and sat on the edge of our bed. I leaned down and kissed his forehead.
"Wake up birthday boy" I told him and he opened his eyes
"Okay that's the best way to wake me up and not children jumping on my bed" he said
"Hey you only wake up when Aunt Katie wakes you up. But when we wake up you go back to sleep. That's rude right Madison?" Theo asked Madison
"Right" Madison said and I just chuckled at them
"Hold on for one second" Niall said as he kissed my cheek
I got out of our bed and he went to tackle the kids on the bed to make them squeal with laughter.
"Just letting you know Niall will not let your kid breathe" Denise told me
"Noted" I said as we watched Niall tickle Madison and Theo

"How does it feel 30 Niall?" Greg asked
We all are in the living room and Mully just got here. I just need Maura's signal so I can take them out. I am laying beside Niall and I put my legs on his lap. He started massaging my feet.
"I don't feel any different" Niall said
"You don't have grey hair yet" I pointed out
"And that too" he said
"Mully how about you?" Greg asked
I looked at Mully who is sitting beside Denise.
"I feel the same and I still haven't gotten grey hair yet so we are good" Mully said
Maura gave me a hand signal to get these two out of the house.
"Should we take Henry on a walk?" I asked Niall
"I can take Henry on a walk. You can stay here" Niall said as he got up and got Henry's leash
"No I want to come. I think a walk is good for Gracie" I told him as I got up
"Are you sure?" he asked as he attached the leash to Henry
"Yeah. Mully you want to come?" I asked him
"Sure. Why not" Mully said
Thank god. I thought I have to say something to get him onto this walk.

"Are you excited to be a mum?" Mully asked me as we went a nice walk along the park with Niall and Henry
"Yes but kind of nervous. I feel like I'm going to be a bad mum" I told him
"Don't say that. I see how you're with Madison and Theo. I know you're going to be a great mum" he said
"Thanks Mully" I told him
"You're welcome" he said
"What's going on over here?" Niall asked as he came over to us with Henry
"Just having heart to heart talk with Katie" Mully said and Niall held my hand
"Oh yeah. About what?" Niall asked
"How is she is going to be a great mum" Mully said and I smiled at him
"She is going to be a great mum" Niall said and kissed me
"Can you guys not make out in front of me?" Mully asked
I giggled as Niall pulled me closer while we are kissing.
"Okay that's it" Mully said and pulled me towards him
"Mully" I whined and he chuckled
"Nope. You guys are not making out while I'm here" he said and kissed my cheek
Niall doesn't mind it because he is his best friend.
"Hey. Mully that's my girlfriend" Niall joked
"Nope. Mine now. You can have Henry only. Let's go Kate" Mully said as he took my hand and walked further away from Niall. I just giggled at this whole thing.
I looked behind me to see Niall has a pout on his lips.
"Come here big baby" I told him and held out my hand for him
He smiled and walked over to us. He grabbed my hand and kissed the back of it.
"I love you" he told me
"I love you too" I told him
He was about to kiss me again but Mully's hand is right in front of our faces.
"Like I said before no more making out in front of me" he said and I laughed
"We weren't going to make out. I was just going to give her a peck on the lips" Niall whined
"Nope. You can't kiss her. Sorry" Mully sang
"You guys are weirdos" I told them
We just walked around the park as I waited for a text from Denise to come back at the apartment.
