Rage

Anger

Oh how I love it so!

The deep raging fire inside me

Running through my body,

Encouraging me to scream

To stand up

To never bow down

My hair turns red,

My eyes burn with the heat,

Anger is my friend,

It will never leave me alone

I can run faster than a train,

Fly higher than a plane,

Swim faster than the mighty Poseidon himself

All thanks to my friend

The lights flash blue and red,

Illuminating everything around me

Red is my friend

Blue is not

The cold metal presses hard against my cheek

Something wraps itself around my hands behind my back

That's okay,

Anger will help me escape

Wait,

Where did he go?

My hair turns black once more

And my eyes a deep brown

He left me,

My dear friend,

When I needed him most

He promised

I sit in the white room,

Light in my eyes,

A man stands in front of me,

Interrogating me

It goes quiet,

They want an answer

My answer is clear,

But it won't help me now.

Anger told me to do it.
