As we walked down the stairs, I tried to keep it the thought of jake out of my mind. I knew that my parents must have known this was going to happen eventually, but I hope that they were ok with it. As we reached the living room I felt jakes hand slip into mine. My thoughts could no longer be held back. I looked up my mother and father smirking at each other. "Mom, dad Jacob and I have decided to be together." Before both of them could say anything uncle Emmet chimed in! "Wow Renesmee, dating a wolf!" I smirked at him. The mom and dad spoke "be good to her jake!" Mom said, dad was more quiet I could see how it pained him to see his little girl finally excepting the imprinting. He had just gotten over the fact of it, and now I was in love with him. "I'm happy for you" he said. This was such a weird moment I felt as though I was committing to marriage, but I knew in the long run that's what might happen.
