we all know why we love the dark.
we all know why we fear the dark.
because it's comforting.
we love the dark because it's
warm and comforting,
and there's an edge to it.
a captivating danger.
and if we spend too much time
in the dark,
the sunlight hurts.
the happiness that everyone says
is there,
hurts.
we love and fear the dark because
we see our demons in it.
our demons represent
the hidden part of us,
they're the dark side of the moon,
the us we were before we evolved.
they represent how much
power we have.
we've all got our demons,
but I've realised that mine
look like you.
