I sat on the sofa, engrossed in my game of Fifa in the attempt to win, we had switched Luther off, as Brandon claimed he was now bored and wanted to play Fifa. He and Elliott were in the kitchen getting a beer and sorting some food out

"Where's Alexa? She hasn't been down for food or anything since she went up to do some work. It's a Saturday night, is she ok?" Luke asked

Thoughts rushed round my head. Do I tell my brothers where she is and get her into trouble? Do I keep it a secret? She has given me money and is doing my chores in 'payment' for me not telling...but she knows Brandon doesn't like her going out on a night

What to do......

"She's umm" I thought to myself "She's gone out with Matt, I said I wouldn't tell in return of her doing my chores and giving me money"

"You idiot!" Luke hit my arm "Brandon hates her going out on a Saturday night"

I shrugged "But she's doing my chores and I got £20 out of it"

"Got £20 out of what?" Elliott asked, walking in from the kitchen with a beer in his hand, closely followed by Brandon

I stayed silent

"Go on, tell them!" Luke looked at me

"Alexa has gone out to meet Matt. I said I wouldn't say in exchange for money and her doing my chores for two weeks"

Brandon looked annoyed "Why didn't you stop her?"

I shrugged "I dunno"

"What if something happens to them? You know what happened last time!" Brandon threw his hands in the air

"Wait here. Don't go out to find her, she won't be late home" I mentioned

I text Alexa, telling a little white lie

They're getting suspicious. Get home soon please, I think they know something is up xxxx

The movie was good! The cinema was quite full but it didn't surprise me considering it was a Saturday night. We had been earlier for a Five Guys, and Matt had insisted he bought the food and the cinema tickets

I realised I had a message from Corey, basically telling me that my brothers are getting suspicious

"Shit" I whispered to myself as we got to the car

"What's up?" Matt asked

"Corey knows I came out tonight, we made a deal to keep it between the two of us, but my brothers don't like me being out at night" I explained "Elliott, Luke and Brandon think I'm upstairs in my room doing work but its been a few hours now and I think they know I'm lying"

Matt began to drive out of the parking space "Why don't they like you being out?"

I sighed "A few reasons. One being that they're overprotective and want me to stay a child forever so they can control what I do. I think the main reason is because of something that happened to me"

His hand was on my arm, comforting me "You dont have to tell me if you don't feel comfortable"

"I want to tell you" I gulped

This part of my life is what my family and best friends know, only 7 people...

"I was 16 years old, coming home from being in the town, I'd been out for some food and was meeting Elliott who was picking me up ten minutes away from where we were eating. It was Summer time, around 6:30pm. I walked down the street, I could just about see Elliott's car, but I was attacked by a group of girls in the twins' year, about four girls all attacking me for being a Wilson, pretty silly really. They hated me for no apparent reason. It broke my confidence and my brothers fought to try and build it back up. That's another reason why Brandon picks me up and drops me off everywhere" a tear rolled down my cheek "I felt, at that moment, like a child again. I couldn't save myself or fight back, it was four against one. I've had fights with my brothers, but a female fight is worse"

Matt stayed silent. He didn't know how to respond, I'm not surprised, its not the sort of thing you'd expect to happen to anyone

"I had no idea. I'm sorry to hear Alexa. You don't deserve that at all" his voice was gentle

"I missed a lot of school too. It really broke my confidence. I'm different now, I had Luke and Corey helping me in school and college to begin with. They all gave me pep talks and I had counselling"

"Your brothers care about you so much. Not only because of what happened, but because you are their little sister. I defend my little sister until the end. It's the rule of families"

I realised we were outside my house, Matt had remembered my address from earlier and insisted on dropping me off right ouside

"You are so strong Alexa, I'm so proud of you knowing you have come out of that experience with strength. I love you"

Our lips interlocked and we began to kiss, it felt like magic

"It's 10pm. I need to ask Corey to help me sneak in" I said to Matt "My stupid brothers will probably know something is up"

He froze and pointed to the window. I turned around and saw Brandon standing outside at the top of the drive
