darling, please don't fear
keep your heart right here
and i shall never break it.
when life strips your skin
and the last fire of hope gives in,
i shall burn myself to keep you warm.
i'm here to fold my skin into a 1000 folds,
and then dangle paper cranes around the world,
write your wishes on them all.
and you can never find them tear or fall,
not until all your wishes have turned on.
