your words

Your words have made goodbyes easy and hellos hard.

Your words are slam poetry of hatred and war, your words are isolated from the books of love.

Your words are not hallways of kindness with free entry to the public. Your words are closed, locked doors, making trespassing of emotions an offence.

Oh how your needle-like words tear hearts, rather than stitching them.

Your words don't just run along with the impulse of the auditory nerve to their brains. Your words timidly find their way to an invisible path to their hearts and as your words crash against their cardiac walls, they burst an artery or two.

But honey, as your words bravely stride to annihilate the world, take a look at your own tongue and lungs and gut, and see how your own words have broken your soul irreparably while you mourn over the fact the world can still glue the pieces you broke.
