Alexa Pov
I wake up to the sound of my alarm. I quickly turn it off so ot doesn't wake Callen. I wake up at 5 sometimes to go on a run before work. I slip out of Callen's grip and get into my running clothes. I throw my hair up in a pony tail and brush my teeth. I put my shoes on, headphones in, and left.
After running for a couple miles my phone rang. I stopped running and answered it.
"Alexa Deeks." I answered
"Don't scare me like that, jeez." Callen says, sighing in relief
"You know I go out for runs sometimes." I said
"I've spent the past few days thinking you were dead, when I woke up I thought I dreamed you were alive" he says
"I'm okay, Callen. You're not gonna get rid of me that easily." I joked
"Can you just come back? I don't like you by yourself yet." He asked
"Yeah, I'll be there in a bit." I said, I know hes had a rough couple of days
"Thank you, I love you." He says
"I love you too." I said and we hanged up
I turn around a run back home. I walk into the house and the smell of food hits me. I walk into the kitchen and see Callen cooking breakfast.
"That smells good, baby." I said putting my headphones down on the counter
"It should be done by the time you get showered and dressed." Callen said, kissing me quickly
I nodded and headed to the bathroom. I showered and got dressed. I blow dried my hair and curled it. I walked into the kitchen again and I could tell Callen just finished cooking. We took our plates and ate. We finished eating and headed to work.
We walked in and went to our desks. I see Deeks with his back to me, talking to Kensi. Kensi noticed me but I have her the sign to be quiet. I go and jump on to his back, covering his eyes.
"Woah, who is this? Hetty if that's you dont kill me I haven't done anything." Deeks says as I wrap my legs around his waist, "Wait a minute, these legs are too long to be Hetty's. Alexa is that you?
"Maybe." I said jumping down, sitting at my desk
"How do I not hear you? You're wearing healed boots." Deeks says
"Well I'm a well trained federal agent. You're suppose to not hear me." I said
Then we hear a horn go off and it's Eric, "We've caught a case."
We all head up to Ops.
"What do we got?" Hetty asks
"Victor Shaw. He's wanted in five states for theft, assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, and now murder. He was arrested in Arizona but due to lack of evidence he was released. The day after he arrived here he shot someone in broad daylight." Nell explains
"Who did he shoot?" Kensi asked
"His brother, Bennett Shaw." Eric says
"Why kill your own brother?" Deeks asks
"Drugs, guns, money, women, could be anything." Callen says
Then suddenly SWAT busts through into Ops. Two of them come over to me and slam me to the ground.
"Hey!" Callens shouts and goes to shove the officer but the rest points their guns at the team
"What the hell is this?" Deeks says
Then two FBI agents walk in and the SWAT officer that was holding me pulled me to my feet.
"Agent Blanchard." The man said
"Agent White." The woman said
"Agents, you want to tell me why the hell you got SWAT assaulting one my agents?" Hetty exclaims
"Happliy." Blanchard says walking over to me, "Hands behind your back. Alexa Deeks, you are under arrest for the conspiracy to commit the murder of Bennet Shaw."
"Murder!? I don't even know the man!" I exclaimed
"You have to the right to remain silent. Anything you can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have a right to a lawyer, if you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you. Do you understand your rights?" Blanchard says, reading my rights
"Yes I understand my rights! I understand my rights as a U.S citizen that I am innocent until proven guilty. I did not conspire to murder this man. I've never seen this man until today!" I yelled in his face
"Evidence says otherwise. And you can drop the tough act, you got caught. You're done." He says
"Take these cuffs off I'll show you tough." I said getting in his face but the SWAT officer pulled me back
"You can't do this." Callen says
"I just did. We have text messages from Victor's phone that we traced back to her phone. She ordered him to kill his brother." Blanchard argued
"Really. That's funny because I check her phone and there were no texts to an unknown number." Callen says
I smirked at that. Callen does check my phone but for security reasons and plus I got nothing to hide. I would let Hetty check my phone if I had to.
I see Nell go to Callen and whisper to him. Then he and the team pulls their guns out.
"They're not FBI." Callen says
Then Blanchard and White pulled their guns out. Blanchard had his gun to my head and White to the rest of the team.
"We leave with the girl or everyone downstairs will die." He says
"She's not going anywhere." Deeks says
"Guys it's fine. I'll go." I said
Slowly we walked out, the team following us out. Here we go again, why is it always me?
