The Creepypastas don't necessarily go to school, but Slenderman requires work from all the killers under age 18. He gives them lessons on certain things he wants them to learn and they get tested and quizzed. Some killers like Jeff, however, just don't do the work.
The older Creepypastas are expected to work by doing chores and making sure the mansion stays together. They are to make sure younger ones stay out of trouble and don't tear apart the mansion. Also, they are the ones who usually look after the mansion whenever Slenderman is gone.
