Whenever Masky wants to inflict pain on Ticci-Toby, he knows Toby can't feel pain, so he goes to more drastic measures to get the damage he wants.
For example, striking Ticci-Toby across the head with his crowbar so he passes out, or maybe shooting him in his arm or leg with a gun so he is disabled for a while.
