Banging on Cassidy I held Shawn up and he limped over looking almost lifeless, I hated to bring this shit to her crip but I couldn't go to the hospital both of us would probably end up locked up plus I knew Shawn wouldn't have wanted to go but he always told me if something happened to him never take him to the hospital
Opening the door Cassidy rubbed her eyes before getting a full look at what's going on , her face was filled with complete shock
"Cassidy you gotta help me please" I damn near begged, I couldn't have Shawn die on me that shit would have me fucked up in the head, even tho I was with all this street shit I was never a killer and I was want planning on being one I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I was
"W-what happened" she said opening the door wide enough for us to come in before looking out her apartment both ways to make sure nobody was out there
Closing the door she notice the direction I was heading "no don't go in there I got white in there" she said leading me into what I guess was a guess room
"I can't believe you brought this shit to my house dasani what the hell is wrong with you someone could've followed you here" she rambled on as she pulled the first aid kit out
"Go get the alcohol and hurry up" she said as she held pressure and his arm and wrapped clothes around it
Running to the bathroom I looked under the sink grabbing the alcohol running back giving it to her
"This gonna Hurt , bite into this" she told him putting a towel in his mouth before pouring half on the alcohol onto his arm
His muffled scream filled the room a few seconds before he calmed down, sweat bullets filled his forehead as he breathed heavily
After about 30 minutes Cassidy had him all cleaned up and got the bullets out of him at this point I was beyond grateful for her
"Thank you" I told her as she mugged me

"Thank you" dave said following me out of the guest bedroom
I was pissed of , my life could possibly be in danger because of him , how dare he bring his war to my house
Shaking my head I turned around "did anyone follow you here
Sighing he ran his hand down his face "No nobody followed me I made sure"
"That kinda shit you into Dasani ain't the life and yeah I know what you do Im far from dumb."
Sighing he looked everywhere else but me "I'm sorry Cassidy I ain't wanna get you involved in none of this shit but I couldn't just let him bleed out I had to take him somewhere"
"You could've took him to the hospital"
"No I couldn't you not understanding this shit yo"
"I understand perfectly you going to the hospital not gonna get you in no kind of trouble stop acting like it will" I yelled rolling my eyes walking off

It was Sunday morning I was packing getting ready to go on a business trip. It had been a week since every thing went down and Shawn was slowly healing. We had a big hit up in Haiti and this trip was worth over millions. I haven't talked to Cassidy every since Shawn got fucked up
I left her house the next morning along with him like she asked. I wasn't ready to give up the life I lived the streets basically became my life I loved making the fast money this life was meant for me and nothing could change that
Grabbing my things I left out , getting in my car I pulled out my phone making sure everyone else was otw to the airport
"Yo You on the way" I spoke putting my phone on speaker while driving
"Yeah and I got the stuff" neyo said referring to the money
At the airport we had people on the inside so we wouldn't get caught when we needa to take drugs and money with us
"Ight coo" I said hanging up
25 minutes later I pulled up to the airport as my home boy Daquan came out getting my car
The flight case at 8:30 and it was now 7:15 so I had a while to be here
Going to an empty spot a sat down texting everybody where I was so they can meet up wit me
Going to Cassidy contact I hit call and listened to it ring
I've been trying to call her for a while but she would never answer

Cassidy (2 weeks later) I had woke up to loud banging on my front door again . "Damn who the hell knocking At the door like the police" i mumbled under my breath . Groggily getting up i walked over to the door opening it to be faced to faced to my cousin teaira
"Teaira" i whispered under my breath not knowing if this was real. Teaira use to be my favorite cousin out of all of his cousins. I haven't seen her physically in about 4 years,
"Yes. It's me pooh " she smiled said calling me by my childhood name and jumping in my arms hugging me
"I missed you" she smiled rocking them side to side in the hug
Her just popping up like this was weird they haven't talked In like 3 years, she use to call to check on her and she knew that if her mom knew then she would've definitely told me she was back. I was happy she was alive but I wasn't happy to see her but I was also confused on why she just popped up and didn't tell anybody.
"So what's going on why you just popping up on people like that ain't weird" i asked letting her in and shutting the door
Scrunching her mouth she looked at me sideways "I can't come visit my fam without something goin on" she barked getting upset
"No actually you can't , we not even on good terms so you popping up like this is weird"

She was definitely acting clueless me and her never got along since we were kids in middle school she did some fake shit which broke our bond and now she wanna pop up like everything good
