Cassidy was now back at her home and so was dave she had already finished working for the day and decided to pay her bestfriend jayda a visit
Getting out the car her heels clicked against the concrete as she made her way to jaydas apartment complex
Walking up the steps she began knocking on her door
She could hear music playing from the other side of the door and footsteps score the door opened
"Oh.........Cassidy" jayda frowned bummed that it wasn't who she was expecting
Lightly chuckling Cassidy looked at her little pudge "3 months huh?" She asked shifting her weight to her right leg
Rubbing her stomach jayda smiled "yep" she looked at Cassidy rolling her eyes looking the other way golfing her arms
"Jayda what's the deal for real why you been acting shady towards me"
Rolling her eyes jayda shook her head "here you go with this dumb act like you don't know what the fuck going on".
"Bit" Cassidy started off before stopping herself "wassup"
"You knew about me and Dasani!!!!!" Jayda yelled in Cassidy face pounding her fist into her hand
"Jayda what are you talking about there was never a You and Dasani" Cassidy scrunched her face up staring at jayda like she was dumb
"Really cas before college me and him use to talk I never brought him around and when we was together you was never around I use to call him east"
"Jayda how was I supposed to know this huh? Neither of you said anything!!"
Rolling her eyes jayda didn't want to hear shit coming out of her mouth "well I'm telling you now , look I'm about to start a whole family and I'm removing all the negativity out of my life so you gotta go" she said before slamming the door in Cassidy face
Standing there for a few seconds Cassidy took in all of the information before heading back to the car
To say that she wasn't hurt would be a lie. She knew jayda since diaper days and didn't expect for there friendship to end over a man
She didn't expect jayda to act this way towards her at all
And as for Dasani she felt like he wasn't been real with her this whole time. Him not telling her that he use to mess with jayda made her feel like she couldn't trust him
Pulling her phone out she sailed his number and listened to it ring once before going to voicemail
Dialing it again it did the same thing , clicking it 4 more times they all went straight to voicemail
Shaking her head she decided to just pull up at his house
15 minutes later she was pulling into his driveway immediately seeing him sitting on the steps with a little girl between his legs and Trisha standing against the railing
Dasani watched as she began getting out the car before getting up walking towards her grabbing her arms pulling her back towards the car
"Yo whatchu doing here" he said looking back at the little girl
"Why you approaching me like that" Cassidy said getting mad pushing his hand off of her "and why is your ex here Dasani" she said looking at Trisha as she picked up the little girl kissing her cheek making her laugh
Sighing he ran his hand down his face "Man why you ain't call before you came"
"I DID! , why you didn't answer" she yelled pushing him back
At this point she was more than fed up , she just found out he use to fullness with her best friend jayda then she pull up to his house to see his ex girlfriend here after he haven't been answering his phone. She know felt like she was getting played
"Yo chill out bruh " he said as Trisha walking over there with the little girl in his arms
"Kairi say bye to daddy" Trisha said smirking looking at Cassidy
Mugging Trisha Dave kissed kairi "bye baby see you later okay" he said to her making her giggle
Shaking her head Cassidy got back into her car pulling off. She no longer wanted to be associated with Dave, he was nothing but a liar and she didn't have the time for grown ass men acting like kids
"Fuck" Dasani yelled throwing his fist into the air
He was planning on telling Cassidy soon but she popped up out of nowhere
He knew Trisha did that shit on purpose but he couldn't control shit she did
He didn't even know about kairi until a couple weeks ago when She finally decided to tell him
He knew this situation would fuck with her head for a while but he knew she wasn't gonna leave him
Getting in his car he made his way to her apartment
25 minutes later he was standing in front of her door ringing the door bell
Opening the door she rolled her eyes before letting him in
Leaning down to give her a kiss she pushed him away "fuck off me" she said before going to sit on the couch waiting for him to explain
Smacking his lips he sat beside her about to speak before she said something
"So this what we doing know? Not telling each other shit, really?"
"Listen I was gonna tell you about Trisha and kairi but you popped up at the wrong time"
Wrong time huh? What about jayda was you gonna tell me about her"
"Who bruh"
"JAYDA!"
"Who is jayda" he said as she pulled out her phone going to her instagram account
"This is jayda!" She yelled shoving the phone in her face
"Man you tripping I messed with her a long time ago"
"It doesn't matter d that's not the point if she was any other girl I wouldn't care but that's my best friend not just a random so you should've let me know"
"Aight I'm sorry okay no more lies no more keeping stuff to myself ima let you know things ight" he said pulling her close kissing her forehead
"Did you have sex with her? Is that why you wasn't answering your phone" she spoke lowly
"Nah I didn't I promise"
"Okay , no more lies or secrets okay?"
"Only the truth for now on. I know"
