So, just to satisfy those uncultured swines who are getting shit all mixed up and all that, I've decided to tell y'all everything that I know about them.

Just so you also know, Philippines is an archipelago, which means that there are TONS of versions of a particular myth. Don't go screaming at me with Oh, I know a different version of this myth, which means that YOU'RE WRONG! Which is not fucking cool, dude. I'm telling you the ones that most make sense to me. If you have a different understanding, fine. Feel free to express yourselves.

I live in Manila, which means that I'm broadly familiar with those myths of the ancient Tagalogs, which is what I'll tell you first.

Will I do a version where I'm gonna be talking about Visayan myths? (Visayan myths are also fairly popular) Don't get your hopes up just yet.

Disclaimer: I'm bad at this. Please be free to express hatred. Oh and if you think I've got something wrong I'm open-minded. Will this be confusing? Oh, you bet. Like, really.

Another disclaimer: Swearing! Yes. And a lot of comments that are a failure at attempting to be funny. Cringe-worthy ones.

I'd also like to say that I'll be starting off with the gods and goddesses from ancient Tagalogs, followed by their myths, then probably move on to the Visayan version of things. I chose these two out of every other version because these have the most sources. Maybe I'll do some interesting myths miscellaneously pertaining to the different versions.
