I cried myself to sleep that evening and when I woke up I didn't feel any better. Then Loki walked in he had a dart in one hand and looked at me with a evil look...
"It's time for a nap spiderling and when you wake you'll be mine"
Before I could do anything he stabbed the dart into my arm and that was it.
"Tony pov"
Two years..it had been two years and he was still gone the image of his body forever in my mind and with that image I take another drink from the bottle the sweet sweet bottle that numbs my sorrow and keeps the nightmares away.
It had been two years and three months since peter was kidnapped by Loki the horrid trickster who took my son, and today was the anniversary of his death. I remember that day so clearly we had been called to the river because someone had seen peter and they had seen peter...floating face down in the water. I was the one to pull him out ,the one to carry him here then tell his aunt of this , the look of horror on her face it ,was burned into my mind and so were his cold dead eyes those eyes used to gleam with happiness and joy they used to sparkle but now there Shriveled and closed forever never to be opened again.That was the day I gave up on life and trying to be happy it was also the day the avengers had seen me last I've been in my lab for two years and three months trying to figure out where Loki is hiding. But I've had no luck no trace of the bastard, and that's when there was a knock on the door and something slid under it. I didn't move knowing who it was
"Tony will you get your sorry ass off the floor and open the door"
Natasha banged on the door and I rolled my eyes
"Go away Nat this hasn't worked before and it won't work now"
I could hear her sigh and walk away she would try again tomorrow she's done this everyday since I locked myself in here and yet it never works I can't come out can't face them, I lost the person we all love and they will hate me for it I know they hate me already but they will hate me more. Peter wasn't just spider man he was the life of the tower with the random nerf gun fights to playing hide in seek and hiding on the top of the fridge , it was my fault he's dead and gone.
