Chapter 8: The model relationship

DATE WITH TAEHYUNG – Y/N POV

I am sitting on a bench in the outdoor mall waiting for my date with Taehyung. I look at my watch. He is 30 minutes late. It's a beautiful day so I don't really mind sitting around people watching. I am wearing a floral sundress and wedges. I have my hair up in a messy bun with a few loose strands in my face. I am only wearing some light make up.

Now it has been an hour and he FINALLY shows up. He is dressed super casual. He is in a flowy khaki colored outfit. His outer shirt had three quarter length sleeves and highwater style pants, both made of crape material. He has an olive-green tank top underneath. He also is wearing brown leather flip flops. He looks like he is one with the earth. He walked over to me as if he was on a runway. He stops and speaks with a heavy voice.

Taehyung: "Hello, Y/N?" He pulls his Gucci glasses down a bit to look over them to check me out. He extends his hand to shake mines.

Y/N: "Taehyung?" I stand up. I reach my hand out to shake his, but instead of shaking my hand he grabs me up in a bear hug. I felt like I was being smothered. I am not complaining because he smelled like island fresh fabric softener. So good.

He releases me but keeps his hands on my upper arms. He looks down at me. Then he pulls me in again for an even tighter hug, lifting me off the ground.

Y/N: "Oh you can put me down now." I squirm trying to get loose.

Taehyung: "Oh, sorry I am a hugger." He chuckles as he puts me down to the ground. He gives me a huge box shaped smile and scratches the back of his neck in embarrassment.

He pulls his sunglasses off. I get a good look at his face and... my my my!!! It is perfect, amazing, flawless. His icy gray eyes are looking through my soul. I am captivated. He should be a model.

I like punctuality, however his gorgeous face more than makes up for his lateness.

Taehyung: "It is really nice to meet you, Y/N. Do I look like my profile picture?" He points to his face and blinks his eyes really fast making his lashes flutter.

Y/N: "Nice to meet you too. You actually look better than your profile. I am pleased." I giggle and wink.

Y/N: "So what about me? Do I look like my profile picture?" I mimic his actions by fluttering my lashes.

Taehyung: "Actually a little different," he says in a matter of fact way... looking ahead with a cute grin on his face.

Taehyung: "I didn't realize you were so short. It makes you super adorable." He smiles cutely, looks down at me and winks.

Y/N: "Is that a compliment?" I giggle

Taehyung: "But of course. Your shortness makes me want to explore you. I find it intriguing. You are cute like a little girl," he says frankly.
