The morning sunlight radiated in through the open window in Tyler's master bedroom. The heavenly afterglow matching his flushed complexion. As the man's eyes fluttered open, he felt a sense of weight fall off his shoulders. The serenity passing through the bedroom was intoxicating. There was no sense of panic or worry- no thick tension that he had to cut through. All that he needed to focus on was the silky sheets pressed against his naked torso and the slightly restricting form of his boxers that hung off his hips.

His eyes rolled across the blankets to the other side of his bed, where a sleeping figure laid peacefully, he took in the sight of skin that had become ingrained in his memory the night before. Everything that had happened rushed back to him, floating overhead like a blanket of fog.

The feeling of her hips pressed to his, her soft panting breaths that slipped past her pink lips without a second thought- the sound of his name falling off her tongue expertly. It was everything he had been dreaming of- and now that he had finally experienced it, he knew that he never wanted to forget it.

Not that he could.

Y/N was a siren in his head, calling out to him and drawing him down to the depths of passion and frustration that he had never understood before. If she would have him, he would dive head first- letting her lead him through love and life for as long as he lived.

His lips stretched into a smile as he noticed her shift in her sleep, slowly rolling over onto her back. Her chest was rising and falling softly with every breath she took- her bare collarbones absorbing the sunlight like her own brand of highlighter- she glistened. His own personal angel.

Heavy set lashes fluttered across her cheeks as she slowly began to wake up- an even rhythm set as she drew air into her lungs. Her nose twitched with the slightest breeze floating through the room.

Tyler couldn't help but fawn over her beauty, everything about her just seemed to make sense. Sure, they argued sometimes and didn't always see eye to eye- but he had never known a love like this. It was intimate and welcoming.

As Y/N glanced around the room, the first sight to greet her was Tyler's smiling face. Her own grin widening as she hummed sleepily. "Morning..." she mumbled, not being able to stop herself from rolling over against his chest and snuggling closer to his heated skin.

The man chuckled, kissing the top of her head. "Good morning..." he ran his fingers through the threads of her hair, letting the texture mold between his fingertips and the tangles part with his splitting hands.

"We had sex." Y/N stated, a giggle falling from her as she smiled through her cheeks.

The laugh that fell from Tyler's chest echoed through the room. "Yes we did." he confirmed for her. He was relieved that she hadn't forgotten it. He knew that they were both sober- but there was always a chance, no matter how small.

"I have to drop Addison's things off at the apartment- she texted me this morning"

And just like that, their bubble had been popped.

Y/N pulled away from him, her heart thudding against her chest. Even with her sister's blessing, she couldn't help but feel incredibly guilty. She had slept with tyler and while it was amazing, there was a nagging voice at the back of her head shaming her for performing such an action.

Noticing the furrow of worry creasing into her brows, Tyler sat up and took ahold of Y/N's hands. "Hey whats wrong?" he asked softly, not wanting to bombard her with a thousand questions and scare her.

As she forced herself to look at him, Y/N held a tortured expression. "Am I an awful person?" she asked brokenly, her voice shattering as the words slipped past her.
