Please don't leave me. (Ash X Gary)

Chapter 3

Ash's pov

The next Morning I head down stairs & made myself coffee. "Hey Ashy-boy." Gary yawned. "Don't call me that!" I whined. "Why? I like it." He said making coffee. "Well I don't!" I grabbed my cup & walked to the frig to get Pikachu & eevee food. They came running in, so I gave them their food. I remembered what happened last night & started giggling. He looked at me confused. "What up with you?" I stopped giggling. "Well I went looked for Pikachu when he went missing so I looked outside, in the kitchen, but I found him with you hugged him..." I was giggling as he blushed. "...so I pick him up & started to leave when I heard you whispering my name...Ash...no Ash. Ha ha" I mocked his voice. "No I wasn't...stop mocking me." He chased me around the house. "What's wrong Gary?" I asked on one side of the table. He was on the other side blushing like crazy. "SHUT UP!!" He yelled. I laughed so hard I didn't notice Gary was next to me. He tripped & fall on top of me. I opened my eyes & looked at him. Blush spread across my face. "I-I..." I felt myself lean up to him. I stared into his eyes. Those green eye's caught me. He was stared back at me. He sat up & looked away. "S-sorry..." he said standing up. "I better get dressed." I said standing up & walking to my room.

Went I to my room, I closed the door. Pikachu slipped passed the door before it closer. I sat down in front of the door. "Pika Pikachu" Pikachu had a worried look on his face. "Oh Pikachu I don't know what to do. I think Gary's getting to me. What do I do?" I said.

Gary's pov

I sat in the kitchen. Ash in his room. I walked to the guest room & layed down. I layed there thinking. I decided I needed a drive so I got up & told ash you would be going. He came out of his room. "Oh...ok see you later." I nodded & left. I get back home & grabbed my car. I was driving alone when a oddish runs into the rode I swerved to move.

Ash's pov

Its been about two hours since Gary left. I've been feeding my Pokémon. Then the phone rang. I walked over & picked it up. "Hello Ash-"

"Ash...Ash honey is that you." She seemed jumpy. "Yeah whats wrong?" She was silent. "Gary is in the hospital." I dropped the phone & ran. There was only one hospital in pallet town. So I knew where he was. I opened the door to the hospital. "Where is him." She looked at me. "Ash calm down he's a sleep but..." she stopped. "But what?" I asked. "But he can't remember anything but he does kept asking to see you Ash." The nurse walks up. "How's he doing?" I asked. "He wake & still is asking for Ash Ketchum. Is that you?" I nodded. "Come with me." We walk into Gary's room & he just stares at me. "Hey Gary how you feel?" I asked. "Good i guess now, where's Ash Ketchum?" The nurse leaves. "That's me. Why do you remember me?" He shook his head. "No I  can't only remember your name. Sorry." I gave him a smile. "It's fine. I mean we're best friend." I lied, you remember me because you loved me, but I have no idea what I feel about you, I hurt your feelings & now look at you. This is all my fault. I thought to myself. "Ash your crying, are you ok?" I wiped my eyes & nodded. He pulled out a scrapbook. "A man named professor oak brought this to me. It has pictures of me in it he said. Hey Ash I knew I can't remember you but can I stay at  your house for a while?" He asked. I nodded.

After about two weeks Gary came to stay at my house. We hung out like we did before the accident. one morning I woke Gary up & took him to the cave he showed me. We get throw & he stares in awe. I sat by the river with my feet in the water & he did the same. "How did you find the place it's beautiful." He asked. I giggled "You showed it to me the night before your accident." I giggled. "Oh wow I can find some pretty cool things." He said taking to all in. "Hey Gary I need some advice." He looked at me."what?" "Well I like this person & I don't know if they liked me. What do I tell them?" He looked a little sad. "Who is it?" He asked. I needed to think of something quick. So I said the cheesest line ever. "Just someone I know." He stood up  & started to leave. "Hey where you going." He turned around to look at me. "Just don't feel well all sudden. He snapped. "Why are you mad?" I asked having a pretty good idea why. "I'm not." He started to walk away i stood up & grabbed his hand. "Wait-" He pushes me away & I fall into the river. I was trying to stand but I kept slipping. I was going over the water fall when i felt to arms wrap around me. We splash landed. I pulled me self onto land then Gary. I sat there breathing heavily. Pikachu & eevee where still at the top of the falls yelling at us. "Don't worry about me Pikachu we're fine." I looked at Gary he was still laying there. "Gary hey Gary  we're safe now." No response. "Gary this isn't funny wake up!" I was panicking. I felt tears run down me face. "Gary wake up please jokes over!" I yelling. I was pushing on his chest. He finally wake up coughing up water. "Thank Arceus your ok." I cryed.

Gary's pov

I wake up coughing I remembered everything Ash, confessing to him, my family, jumping in to save him, everything. I looked at him he was crying. He hugged me. "A-Ash." "You're ok!" I smiled. "Yep" I sat up. "Let's go home." I nodded. Should I tell him I got my memories back. But this could be a new start. I mean he think I still do remember. We come started over & he can forget about me. Plus he loves someone else. It's for the best. We get home with Pikachu & eevee. He take a shower first. I sat in my room. I started packing. He came in while I did so. "Are you leaving." I nodded. "That professor oak dude says he's my gramps so I'd live with him & get out of you hair." He nodded. "Ok be careful." I closed the door. I walked to my house. I walked through the front door. "Gary did you remember?" I shock my head. "No I was going through my text messages & thought I could stay here to get out of Ash's hair." I lied. "Well ok. Your rooms upstairs on the right." He walked back in to the other room. I went to my room & sat down on my bed.
