Chapter 3 - Only Need One

When I woke up the next morning, I was surprised to notice I was being hugged by Uno, who's still asleep. I looked over and see Nico lying in his bed, reading manga.

Jinx: "Pst... Nico."

He looks up and smiles at me.

Nico: "Morning, Jinx. Did you sleep well?"

Jinx: "Yes, but why is Uno hugging me a teddy bear?"

Nico: "Well, you were the first to fall asleep last night. And after a while, we noticed you shivering, like you were cold... so we had a competition as to who would keep you warm..."

Jinx: "What kind of competition?"

Nico: "We escaped last night and decided whoever was the last to be caught, would get to keep you warm for the night."

Jinx: "And... Uno won?"

Nico: "Yeah."

I tried to wriggle out, but he had me tight in his arms. So I just sighed and elbowed him in the stomach.

Uno: "OW!"

Jinx: "You can let me go now."

Uno: "O-oh, right..."

We get up and stretch.

Jinx: "Listen, brothers, next time you see me shivering like that, instead of having a whole competition, wake me first. Because I usually shake when... I'm having a nightmare."

Uno: "Noted. But you were definitely cold."

Rock: "Yeah, I felt your cheeks. You were freezing."

This whole time, Jyugo was pacing the room.

Jinx: "... Jyugo?"

Uno: "What's got you so wound up?"

Rock: "He's been like this most of the morning."

He finally stops.

Jyugo: "I'm bored..."

He walked over to the door and waited there until a guard with long blue hair walked pass.

Jyugo: "Hey, Seitarou..."

The guard jumps.

Seitarou: "W-what is it, 15?"

Jyugo: "Bring me Hajime."

Seitarou: "Why...?"

Jyugo: "I need to talk to him. Just bring him here asap, kay?"

Seitarou: "Fine."

He walked off. Jyugo turned around smiling.

Jyugo: "Problem solved."

Jinx: "How does bringing Hajime down here fix your boredom?"

Jyugo: "He's fun to mess with."

After a while, Hajime came down.

Jyugo: "I'm really bored, man. Entertain me. Come on."

Hajime: "This is actually what you called me down here for?"

Uno shoves Jyugo away from the bars.

Uno: "Hey there, Hajime, what's up? Any sexy little minxes come to visit me today?"

Hajime: "No, of course not! You know this location is secret so why do you keep asking that?"
