Her head laid in my lap, her long locks sprawled out around us, a book in her hand as she held it above her face reading, occasionally gasping at scenes and telling me all about them, the sun was high up in the sky shining down at her and her beautiful face, her eyes stood out in the sun.
The most beautiful eyes i have ever seen.
You're going to fall in love with me Valentina.
Mark my words for it.
"Are you even listening?" She asked her gaze slipping from her book to me, i looked at her my eyes a bit wide as she had caught me day dreaming, she groaned and started again.
"I was just talking about this book i'm reading, you know the one i forced you to buy for me, and you would never guess what just happened she just left him like they were fake dating and she just decide to leave him even though she loves him- like! No! She can't do that." She sighed dramatically and fell into my lap clutching her chest, whilst placing the book on the area next to her gently since she was not about to ruin her precious book in anyway.
"NO! This is too much for my poor little heart to handle, you need to read this book! I want you to feel the pain i feel!" She exclaimed. I had purchased the book two days ago on amazon and was already half way through it.
Anything for her
"What are you doing tonight?" I asked laughing at her as she wept fake tears and refused to look at the book, saying a book was never suppose to make her feel like this.
Although i remember the time she called me at 3 in the morning and was sobbing about a Colleen Hoover book she had read, it wasn't nor the first nor the last time she did that.
"Nothing why?" She asked curious to my question, as her eyes roamed my face.
"I've got a game tonight, first one of the season and you know you always come to them so i thought that you might want to come today as well i mean you don't have to if you don't want to i just thought-" Val was giggling next to me at my rambling and as i stopped and looked over to her my lips pulled up into a soft smile.
"Yes i'd love to come you know i always come." She said excited, ok good this is good, but this would be the first time Val came to one of my games after i had realized my feelings towards her, and i am utterly in love with you Valentina Bianca Russo. And one day you will love me too.
One day.
And before i could stop myself i blurted out."Wear my Jersey."Her eyes filled with shock as she looked at me, and hesitantly nodded.
"Yeah i'd love to." As a grin spread on her face i gave her one back i don't think it was too sure as it was quite wobbly but it would have to do.
"Now back about the book-" And there she went off again, i loved it though she was always so happy and care free whilst reading books, she once told me how a book heartbreak hurts, it's when your heart squeezes in your chest and she says it's very close to a real heartbreak, it's like a pain you can't prevent because it's already there, written in ink you can't get rid of it or put it down because you have to know what happens next, don't you?
