Chapter 1: A New Beginning

Waking up in an unfamiliar room, I sat up from the bed I was in. My head throbbed with a dull ache, and memories I didn't recognize began to flood my mind.

I look at the mirror in front of me.

Black hair,grey colored eyes coupled with pale white skin  

I looked at an unfamiliar guy wearing black shirt and shorts

An extremely handsome guy that has a somewhat similar appearance to me the only difference is that I have black eyes

"Memory synchronizing...98%...99%...success."

A mechanical voice echoed in my head, but I pushed it aside. As the pain in my head began to fade, I started to piece together the fragments of memories that didn't belong to me. Leo, the same name as me. I remembered Sebastian, Sophia... these two seemed familiar.

"Love and Beyond," a book I read before I died. A romantic drama novel about a cold male lead pursuing a gentle and cute female lead. I read it as a pastime.

The guy I possessed is Leo a supporting character who is the best friend of the male lead

Has a calm & gentle nature that helps the male lead deal with setbacks ,gives him advices

Leo also a CEO of the most well known Entertainment company known as star industry which in the story was later used to develop the female lead get the Best actress award by the request of the male lead

As I navigated through this new world, I paid attention to my surroundings. , the way my room was arranged ,blue with mixture of grey, surprisingly Leo the characters from the novel has the same taste as me.I pause to try to collect my thoughts, I tapped my fingers,I thought very deeply, everything here seems real. It feels like I'm dreaming

I stood up ,walked slowly towards the grey curtains,slowly opening it and witnessing the view of large buildings.I look at the beautiful moon shining through the glass window.

Did I die back then?...

Can't believe my life to end shortly

"Host,can u hear me?" Suddenly a familiar mechanic voice was heard

"Explain"I said while looking at the scenery Infront of me... this familiar scene from someone else memory makes me uncomfortable..

"Host you might not remember because of your soul still adapting with your new body,but please look at this to clarify some of your questions" then a Paper of agreement suddenly appeared in front of me.I looked through the writings and noticed a signature below.

I'll recognize this signature anywhere,this was my signature.
Without looking at the Contract I already had a gist of what happened ...

I sighed..... looks like I made a deal with the devil...

"Host I'm not the devil ,I'm no.107 a system u made Contract with before u died ,we made a deal that once u complete your mission here we'll help u go back to your world and grant u a wish"

I smiled helplessly looks like that time wasn't a dream...

"Host ,An agreement is an agreement it can't be Brocken,also you agreed to do this mission you can't back out"

"Hmm I know..." The night seems long and my future seems dark

I hope this  mission won't be too boring...
