A 4 meters tall purple Ogre was raising its bat, about to crush the two injured fox cubs.
As it swung down, Leon rushed towards the ogre and used <<Skill: Parry>> to parry the bat.
The ogre staggered and took a few steps back to regain his balance. Although an ogre's expression was hard to tell, it was definitely surprised that its swing has been parried by a small human in front of him. Using this chance, Leon issued instructions to his friends.
"Freya, heal the cubs and take them away from here. Charlotte, cast support magic to everyone and be ready to intercept its skills. Everyone else, get ready for battle."
He was calm. If he remained calm, he could analyse the ogre's movement. There wasn't a need to panic. In fact, he questioned why other people would panic in face of adversities. Panic would only cloud their logic and decision making, which was the cause of their failure. Being surprised was a natural reaction, however to dwell in it and panic was foolish.
Freya took the cubs, placed them in a safe place which was beside her friends and casted heal on them. The injuries were healed almost immediately and the wounds vanished along with the light of healing. The cubs were still unconscious but their lives were not in danger anymore.
Leon used <<Examine>> to check the ogre's status.

It's similar to the behemoth.
Leon noticed the "cursed" in their status and name. In addition, both the behemoth and the ogre didn't have full HP. It might be a coincidence or they were in a battle before. However, although it made sense for the ogre, if the behemoth were in a battle before it appeared in front of Leon, the guild or even people would know about the monster.
This might have something to do with the "cursed" status.
Shelving this topic, Leon focused his attention to the behemoth. Rafael and Alex run together with Freya to guard her while she took the fox cubs to safety. Rafael then stood beside Leon with his sword drawn while Alex protect Lily, Mia, Charlotte and Freya who is healing the foxes.
