" Mani lemme see yo phone my shit just died" My dad said as we were driving to the mall so i can get some outfits and his dumbass forgot his charger.

oh shit..

"mines dead too" i lied looking out the window.

"mane fuck! u brought yo charger wit u?" he asked looking at me then back at the road.

i nodded my head. "i always bring it" i spoke taking it out my fanny pack and passing it to him.

it took us about 20 more minutes to get to the mall before i unbuckled my seat belt and got out with him.

we went to multiple stores like pink, forever 21, Zara, and H&M.

"why u wanted to go shopping anyway?" he asked as we got Chinese food from the food court and sat down.

"i'm going on a date" i replied making him choke on his lemonade.

"what?" i asked looking at him like he was crazy.

"you 15 lil girl" he mugged me.

"daddy that's old enough for a date u acting like in fucking someone of something" i said.

but little does his ass know...

"i know u not but- wait who u going on a date with?" he asked.

"Polo" i stated simply shrugging my shoulders taking a bite out of my teriyaki chicken and rice.

"That Ralph Lauren nigga?? hell no" he mugged me.

i smacked my lips.

"he's my boyfriend so..."

he choked on his lemonade again.

"when did he have time to even ask you?" he looked at me scrunching his face up.

"2 days ago when i snuck out to go see him and we went to olive garden" i said.

oh shit i just realized what i said.

" YOU WHAT?" he yelled causing the whole mall to stop what they doing and look at us.

i rolled my eyes.

"well what do u expect me to do when u won't let me grow up daddy"

"ain't no growing up till u 25 the fuck" he stated.

i groaned.

"daddy u have to let me grow up, i'm not gone be a little kid forever" i sighed.

he smacked his lips glaring at me.

"fine, but u better call me every 15 minutes and be home by 10 also-"

"stop mane, i'll be home by 12 i'll call u every hour and make sure he drops me home" i said leaning back in my chair.

"deal, wait no-"

"unt unt u already said deal" i laughed.

he smacked his lips again eating a slice of his pizza.

"where y'all going anyway?" he asked.

"somewhere to eat and then the movies" i told him getting up throwing my food in the trash as he did the same.

he nodded his head, "you ready to go?"

"yea i'm ready" i told him as i grabbed all my bags and walked out of the mall wit him.
