Chapter - 29 : Conversing ~ 2

Ansh and Vineet return back to the room after playing for an hour. Ansh chuckles and hugs his mother and then settles on the bed,watching television. Anamika asks Vineet to sit and orders tea for both of them. As she finishes ordering, Vineet says something that leaves her happily surprised. A few hours ago, he said that she's right, and he is left behind, but now his words have made her happy.

"You're right, Anamika. Tumne kal jo kuch kaha, aur uske pehle bhi, I must say you're right. Very right." he says.

Anamika looks up at him in surprise. It's hard for her to believe that he's saying this. Her words have really affected him, is it true, or a mirage, or a dream? Or is it because of Ansh? She looks at the boy who's giggling at something that he's watching. Her trance is broken by Vineet's voice.

"I know, it's hard to believe me. Par ye sach hai, Anamika. Jab kisi ke sath kuch bura hota hai toh wo yahi sochta hai ki ye sab bas uske sath hi ho raha hai. Hum bhul jate hain, ki duniya mein isse bhi bade dukh hai." He says.

"Jaanti hoon. Jab main Dev ke sath thi toh main khud ko blame karti thi ki maine galat aadmi ko chuna. Lekin jab wahan se nikli toh pata chala, Jaane aisi kitne log hai jinke paas ghar nahi hai.. Mujhe meri dost mili, par kitni ladies hongi jinke pas rehne ka thikana nahi, fir bhi vo jee rahe hain. Isliye maine socha ab jo karungi, khud se karungi. Dekhiye, aaj apne bete ko ache se paal rahi hoon, jo usey chahiye wo usey de hi deti hoon. Han sab kuch ek sath nahi kar pati, par dheere dheere karti hoon, aur sabse badi baat ye hai ki wo samajhta bhi hain. " Anamika says with a smile on her face.
