Ch. 25 "Strickt"

                                                    Cody POV 

How the hell did I get into this? I thought 

Peter came to me asking I help him with science since he's all but flunking, so now currently I'm helping him while I'm studying, 

Barely freaking functioning thanks to this since it's almost 3AM since this is day two with no sleep, 

"How's that?" Peter said 

I yawned, 

I looked at his work, 

"No, No," I said tiredly 

"You have to carry this over first," I said 

"Oh right," He said chuckling 

"Oh crap! Aunt May is going to kill me!" He said putting his stuff in his books in his bag, 

"I'll see you tomorrow," He said rushing out, 

"Yeah," I whispered 

"Coffee, Need coffee," I mumbled walking out the room, 

Sure this isn't a smart play on my part, since well you know, but I need to get an A on this, I thought 

I didn't go upstairs risking waking Pepper or Tony, so I go to the kitchen, on the avenger floor, 

"YAWN," covering my mouth with my hands as I walked into the kitchen, 

I find the coffee, and begin making it, 

Hopefully this doesn't put me into diabetic shock, I thought as I started pouring the coffee, 

I yawned yet again, as I started walking down the hall,

"Cody?" I hear 

I slowly turn around to see Steve, 

"Hey," I said 

"What on earth are you doing up at this hour?" He asked 

He seen the cup in my hand, 

"Are you allowed to have that?" He asked 

I shrugged, 

"And to answer your question, studying, have to-" I said 

YAWN, 

"Be ready," I said 

"Yeah well sleep comes first," He said 

"Maybe I should get Tony," He said 

I started walking back to the library, 

"He's sleeping," I said 

"Think again kid," I heard from behind me, 

I scrunched my face, 

I turned around looking at Tony not looking too happy, 

"What are you doing awake?" I asked 

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" He said 

He looked at the coffee mug in my hands, 

"And I've done some research on your type of diabetes and this," Tony said taking the cup from me, 

"Is a very big no, no," He said 

I sighed, 

"It was just a one time thing," I said about to walk away, 

"Oh no you don't you need sleep," Tony said 

"Says the guy who is up and about at this hour," I said smirking, 

He just rolled his eyes, 

"Come on, let's go Cody," Tony said 

"Let me go get my stuff first," I said 

"I'll help you since well you know," He said looking down at my foot, since I'm still crutching around, 

I just nodded, we got back to the library as I stuffed my books in my bag, 

I went to pick up my bag, 

"I got it, come on you need sleep," He said 

I nodded and we made it back to the top of the tower where Tony and Pepper live, 

I try not to think about the hight thing, 

Tony put the bag on the counter, I went to grab it, 

"Oh no, I don't think so, I know what will happen if I let you take that in your room with you," He said 

I smirked, 

"Touché" I said 

He nodded and smiled at me, 

"Bed now," He said 

"Yeah, Yeah," I said 

As I hobbled back to my room,
