No ones POV: Nicole is sitting next to Melissa, on the Comic con panel Melissa on one side then Chyler on the other side, as the interviewer are asking questions then fans are asking some Nicole is spaced out trying to control her breathing

Melissa looks at Nicole as Nicole is playing with her hands, after the interview Nicole goes straight to the bathroom washing her hands taking a deep breath as she hears the bathroom door open she turns seeing Melissa walking in

Melissa: hey everything ok? you seemed really nervous

Nicole: yea yea i'm fine

Melissa: u sure,

Nicole: mhm

Melissa: it's just the fact you where playing with your fingers day dreaming, i could hear you breathing heavily you kept squeezing your eyes shut

Nicole: i- how did

Melissa: i was watching you cause i was worried

Nicole: i erm, i suffered with anxiety and depression with i was younger, i believe i've had 5 panic attacks today already

Melissa: hey it's ok you should get medication for it, if you feel like your going to have another one, just squeeze my hand kk, you can sit next to me in for the rest of the interviews we have today

Nicole: thanks Melissa

Melissa: ofc

*Melissa smiles later on that day They where going another interview Melissa sat next to Nicole, half way though Nicole felt her chest getting heavier her breathing picked up she put her hand on Melissa's hand, Melissa doesn't look just to not make anything obvious Melissa rubs Nicole's hand whispering so only she can hear as there at the back anyway no one can really see there hands

Melissa's whisper: your ok take deep breaths in and out that's it

*Nicole took a deep breath Chyler was also sat beside Nicole as she was concerned, after the interview Nicole and Melissa where ones again in the bathroom Chyler walked in as Nicole had her eyes shut tight breathing heavily*

Chyler: what's going on?

Melissa: erm Nicole's having a panic attack she's had now 6 today, she told me she has really bad anxiety

*Chyler nods after a few minutes Nicole is washing her hands and dries them*

Chyler: u ok?

nicole: i i'll live

Melissa: that's great

*Nicole laughs and smiles*
