it's hard stressful Nia can tell you a whole story on how hard it is currently nia is sat in the tower they just fought this alien and now nia was left with her thoughts she wanted to work at catco it's been her dream since she was little but she loves being a hero helping people she doesn't know what to do so

Nia: kara?
Kara: what's up Nia
Nia: did you ever...consider quiting catco or maybe stoping being supergirl?
Kara: ermm...yeah trying to balance both of them is hard as you probably know it gets stressful and i did quite catco why?
Nia: just...i don't know what to do anymore it's stressful as hell i'm trying to be in 2 places at ones
Kara: you are aloud to take breaks you know
Nia: hate doing thay...i think overtime it will get better
*Needless to say it didn't it got worse the stress got worse Nia got more and more Articles to write

Lena: totally yeah 100%
Alex: you seem...overly stress if that's a thing

Kara: take a break nia
Nia: i don't need one ok
*Nia gets up and holds her side as Lena grabs her arm as she's about to fall sitting her back down*
Kara; you're taking a mental health break for a week ok
nia: you can't do that
Kara: j can and im telling andrea that too
*Nia was silent to be honest she was relieved she went home and feel asleep it was wonderful she slept in if was truly amazing, she felt like she could breath again
the week flew past Nia walked into Catco Kara at her desk working nia walked over*
Kara: how was ur free week
Nia: i have to say...it was Amazingggg
Kara: good
*Kara smiled Nia won't admit it but she's glad kara made her take a break she truly did need it*
