Under the half moon
With my mind half full
Couple of friends handful
I've been up here since noon
Starry stars fill the night
A bird chirped not too far
Tricked upon, played like a fool
With no place to sleep
We stay awake
Different plots on our mind
My criminal mind spurns
Round and Round it goes
In an unknown land
Mixed with strange faces
Sleep, a deprivation
Yet we have no choice to hew
My bed beckons
But far away it is
My mind numbs
Strong enough it must be
Home, my heart calls
There it must go
Home, the clarion calls
Home!!!

PoetrySometimes, the only way we can truly express ourselves is by penning our emotions. When we need to be heard, but no one seems to listen. The only option is to write in hope that someday, someone truly worthy will listen and understand.
