When I first saw you

I took a liking to you

And when you called my name

My heart melted away

Then I came to adore you

And you never left my eyes.

In my heart, it was just you.

Then obsession set in.

My heart skip beats

When I don't see you.

Being by your side

My joy knows no bound.

I used to joke about you

That you'll never be able to marry anyone but me

And you'll say

Babe, we'll grow old together

Have lots of kids

See our grand children and great grand children

You told me we'll grow old together

With few teeth in our mouths

And we'll still be very much in love.

And then, we'll laugh

So hard till our sides aches.

Now it makes me cry

Seeing us here

Passing each other by like strangers

Saying "hi" like we've never met before

It makes me sad to see this gap between us

We made vows to stay glued to each other

Now we're wedge apart.

Life means little
