EVELYN'S POV

"Cmon kids you gotta go to school!"

"Mom nooo! I hate school!"

"So did I when I was your age."

Connor and I have decided to make a change in our lives. We're married!

We have 3 kids. 2 boys and 1 girl. Adam, Christopher, and Sierra.

I love them to death.

A few years back Connor and I decided to drop out of high school. We wanted to start our own lives together. Our own careers. Our parents had full support and granted our wish.

Connor and I were up a few years ago searching for a house when we came across one we really admired. We called the person who was selling it and asked them to hold it for us.

Thank goodness they said yes.

The house wasn't too big, but it also wasn't too small. It was perfect. The driveway was big and it had a pretty decent yard. It was pretty much
secluded from everything else, which meant we could be as loud as we wanted. It had a few bushes around the driveway which I thought were beautiful.

Connor thought they were just, well. Bushes.

"What was school like when you were our age?"

"What was school like when you were our age?"

"Hmm? It was pretty awful for me, but for your dad, it was amazing."

"What about me?"

"Daddy!"

Sierra ran over to Connor and gave him a big hug.

"Hey princess!"

"Can you tell mommy to let us stay home instead of going to school?"

"No sweetheart I can't, you gotta go to school."

"Ugh whatever."

"Well you can tell Sierra clearly got your attitude."

"Oh shut up babe."

Connor chuckled and came over to give me a kiss.

"Alright kiddos I gotta go to work, come give daddy a hug."

All 3 kids ran over to him and gave him a hug.

"Bye dad!"

Adam always held onto Connor the longest, he was such a daddy's boy.

"Bye baby!"

"Bye my love!"

I smiled at him as he was walking out of the door.
