"Long live the Queen! God bless our Queen!" People chanted as they got on their knees and paid respects to me

And I stood there, barely holding myself up and composing myself, it felt like something really bright died in me. The sparkle and happiness he brought to me died and there was only emptiness.

I was standing on the balcony of the castle which overlooked the main arena where everyone gathered for news, in this case my "coronation"

I bowed slightly as I turned around and left, telling Harry to change anything colorful to black as a sign of the mourning  and that there will be no official and public coronation because of the death of my brother

As soon as I got away from public eye and got inside, I had to support myself with a wall

"Maria!" A person rushed to the door with a such speed that he had to clings onto the door frame to stop moving forward, he was wearing an armor and was red all over the face from running, he was panting hard as he slowly approached me "Maria..." he gave me worried eyes as I hugged him and fell to the ground, clinging hard on him

"I- I was worried about you. M-Minhyuk... he... he is dead" and I cried, letting myself to feel comfortable enough to cry around him. I clinched hard on him and held him close, him embracing me as tightly as he could while slowly taking of his armor.

"Im so sorry. Maria... god.. I missed you like crazy" he whispered last part as he took of my armor and embraced me with his whole body.

"Shh, you are breaking my heart, my heart can't take your tears, I'm so sorry I wish I was there to help" he held my head with his big hand tightly while another held me more and more close to him which was around my waist. God if only I wasn't in this situation.

"Shhh, we gonna be okay, let's find the traitor first okay? Shh.." and I kept crying on like a baby, puking out my whole heart out.

To be honest, when I woke up I was still in his hands, hugging me tightly and observing my face. He gave me a little smile as he rubbed my cheeks, probably red from all the crying

"My majesty" he mumbled as he kept on caressing my hair as I just leaned on his chest and listened to his hear beat

"How are you" i asked as it came out really hoarse, not even recognizing my own voice

"Could be better, but main question here is how you are feeling"

I shrugged "thank you Hyuk" and I hugged him, forgetting anything and everything, just enjoying the hug and his warmth, his heartbeat which was beating faster and faster after every second

"You are Queen now" he smiled and held my face, looking deeply into my eyes with a small smile playing and dancing on his face

"What? Wanna be a king?"

"Yes, your King to be precise"

"You are not supposed to agree nor make a suggestion"

"Why not? Marry me" and I choked on my saliva

"Yes yes your majesty" I rolled my eyes as he smiled more and more

"Wait... do you like my brother?"

"No? I never said that?"

"Then? Do I lack a status? I can make my father step down you know?"

"Hyuk, shut it"

"Your majesty! First day as a being queen! How are you?" Harry rushed into my room as soon as he could after knocking on my door

"Harry. I lost my brother yesterday how do you think am I feeling?"

"I'm sorry but there's issues you need to attend to. I also chose prestigious and respected ladies in waiting. It's 3 of them. Hope you will like them if not I can find other people. Also you need to wash up! We will be having a meeting with parliament and ..." He kept on going on. 

"Harry."

"Yes your majesty?"

"It's enough. Take one at a time. Please send gift to Hyuks kingdom and thank them in a letter."

"Already on it." Harry bowed and left the room 3 ladies in waiting's coming in

"I'm Giselle your majesty, daughter of Duke Plisetsky" she bowed

"Anastasia, daughter of Duke Fredrick"

"Alexandra, daughter of Duke Wolsey" and they bowed as well

"It's honor to work for you your majesty,"

"Pleasure to meet you girls" I smiled at them as they got excited and looked at each other

"Hyuk, I'll be back soon, I'll send someone to get your stuff sorted out as well"

"Thank you my majesty" he smiled at me as he leaned in my bed and got comfortable

"I'll sort out his preparations right away!" Anastasia said as she dashed and others lead me to my showers

As they got me ready I couldn't stop thinking about Mibhyuk. I felt extremely guilty and thought everything was my fault.

"My majesty" he smiled as he came in after getting ready and freshening up, looking more dashing and handsome in my kingdoms clothes

"You look good my majesty" I said as he smiled brightly at me

"You look as pretty as always my majesty" he got shy as he looked away and looked at Harry who was trying his best not to cringe.

"Okay- country is calling you my Queen" he said as he shooed me in the court. And day officially started with many problems.

"Your Majesty" Ravish came in as he bowed at me and smiled dashingly "I heard about your success in war and came here to congratulate you in person. Also sorry for your loss"

"Thank you, now move on the business why you are here"

"Straight to business, okay. So-" and he stopped as he saw Hyuk coming in my throne room and sitting next to me

"Brother? What are you doing here?

"That's the question I should be asking, I thought you were still in war?"

"Oh I mean we won but I rushed here after I heard the news. Christopher will be bringing the army at the normal rate"

"I see, I was here to propose the marriage"

"With?" I asked as I got confused

"Me." He smiled proudly "it would be amazing connections between my and your kingdom so why not ?"

"why would I even marry you, when I am closer to Hyuk? Ravish just go back where you came from"

"You will regret rejecting me!" He raised his voice

"Gods sake..." I got up from throne "if I say no, I mean no," I brought my dagger under his chin "and threatening me is not really wise, I just lost my brother and I'm really close to killing anyone just for fun. Next time you speak in front of me I advice you to think about it beforehand because I'm not having your childish acts next time. Please escort him out! Thank you"

And for some reason Hyuk stood there with a proud smile watching me while his eyes sparkled

"That was oddly satisfying. No one has ever put him in his place" he smiled as he shook his head and laughed slightly, turning into a genuine laugh and also making me chuckle while i stood in the middle of the room with a dagger In My hands and just looking at him, looking how he laughed
