× × × Yuzu's POV × × ×

"You said she didn't like you." My sister let go of me and tossed her hair to the side.

"She doesn't!" I shook my head.

She smirked, "She didn't act like it."

"She doesn't!"

"You're blushing there." She poked my cheeks. "Don't deny it. You're falling for her, aren't you. Didn't know you were into the nice girls."

"A-anyways, you should of told me when you're visiting...I wouldn't of gone to practice."

"I gave up the sport for you, of course I'm not going to let you miss practice."

She ruffled my hair.

× × × Nora's POV × × ×

I set my pen down next to forms and I stretched my arms out.

"Finally finished the packet I was working on yesterday. How many packets left?"

"Not sure but definitely less than yesterday's." Tracy continued to run her pen across the page, "Oh yeah, Brian will need you for Yuzu's entire practice. I'll handle the rest of the packets."

I stood by the ice rink watching the zamboni set the ice.

"Good morning, senorita~"

"Oh hey Javi. How was early morning practice?"

"Bueno. It was good. Trying to perfect my program before the Olympic season hits."

"That's good. Good luck with practice." I glanced around the offices and locker room entrances.

"Looking for Yuzu?" He joked, "Is he bothering you again?"

"No, nono, he's not bothering me again. What makes you think that?"

"You're biting your lips. You do that a lot when you get nervous."

I stopped biting my lips, "Oh."

The rink door opened and Yuzu walked in and our eyes locked for a moment.

"Morning Yuzu!" Javi waved enthusiastically.

"Hey Javi." The door shut behind him and he made his way towards me, "Hey, Nora! I need to talk to--"

"I'll look for Orser in his office," I interrupted Yuzu halfway and ran back to Tracy's office.

My stomach growled.

It was finally time for lunch and I had luckily been able to avoid any pointless chitchat with Yuzu.

I felt silly for worrying about what had happened last night. I don't even really know who she was. I tried not to think about it, but it has been bugging me the whole day.

I handed the younger amateur skaters their skate guards.

"Hey, Nora. Can we talk?" Yuzu slipped on his skate guards.

I turned away, "I'm working Yuzu."

"During lunch then?"

I pretended that I didn't hear his question and tried walking away with the other students, but Yuzu grabbed my arm.

"Here, hold this." He handed me his water bottle. "Don't leave yet. You can catch up with them later."

"What?! Yuzu!" I stood there appalled with what just happened.
