" Your highness, you look beautiful" said a servant girl who had just finished dressing Rhaena. She smiled and said
"Thank you" She then observed her self in the mirror, she looked beautiful as always. She was wearing a long black dress with a silver belt that held it together, the dress had red on the shoulders, and she wore a red tiara to go with it. Rhaena then left her chambers to go to dinner, when she entered she was greeted by her family. She walked towards her grandfather and gave him a kiss on his cheek, he smiled as she did so. She sat next to Jace and Baela. She felt someone staring at her, she looked, and it was Aegon he smirked at her Rhaena looked away. Jace saw this and didn't like it, he whispered to Rhaena and said
" Are you alright" Rhaena only looked and smiled at him. They prayed and the king Viserys started to speak.
" This is an occasion for celebration, it would seem. My grandsons Jace and Luke will marry their Cousins Baela and Rhaena" Jace and Baela smiled at every other Lucerys and Rhaena also smiled at each other
" Furthermore, it brings me great happiness that my granddaughter Rhaena has returned to us" Rhaena smiled at her grandfather when he said this.
" A toast to the young princes and Princess" Everyone rose their glasses.
" Well done Jace you'll finally get to lie with a woman" Aegon whispered to Jace. Rhaena glared at him when he said this, but he only smirked towards her.
" A toast as well to Prince Lucerys a future lord of the tides" Everyone rose their glasses yet again
" Here here" Rhaena said as she smiled towards him. Rhaena felt someone staring at her, and she looked across the table and saw Aemond staring at her. Rhaena stared back at him, she couldn't tell why he was staring at her like that. She then smirked and raised her glass towards him and looked away. She then heard Aegon say to Jace
" You do know how the act is done? I assume?" Rhaena had enough, she then said
" Enough Uncle, not everyone is a pig like you" with a glare
" You can jester if you wish but hold your tongue in front of my betrothed and my sister" Aegon only hummed and spoke again
" I would rather have your sister on my tongue then to hold it" Jacaerys was about to get up, but Rhaena stopped him and said
" Just ignore him Jace he's only doing this to get under your skin" Viserys then got up from his seat and spoke again, he spoke about how it saddened him to see his family fighting against each other. He then took off his mask and showed everyone his missing eye and said
" My old face is no longer a handsome one if indeed it ever was, but tonight I wish you all to see me as I am, not as a king but as your father, your brother, your husband and your grand sire. Who may not walk for much longer among you." He sighed and put down the mask and said
